Overall stay

I love staying here. This is our 4th time I believe. There are a couple of things I noticed could be looked at. One is the master bedroom fan seems to need to be oiled. The 1st bedroom on the right bathroom exhaust fan is noisy and sometimes wouldn't turn off. Lighting in bedrooms is very dim. Overhead ceiling lights would be good. Maybe a doorbell. Couldn't hear people knocking. But overall we enjoy staying there. These are just somethings we have noticed. Thanks again and can't wait until next year!

Beach Lover!

I come to this condo every single year! It is my happy place. This building is the best! I have literally stayed here for so many nights that it is well over a year or more total nights by now. I have slept in several locations and floors throughout the building. Even though they are different inside - every room is a good choice and never a let down. Virtually everything about this place is top notch. I usually visit in the winter but I have stayed every single season and loved every visit. The individual units are organized, always immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need and more. By the way - the rooms are gigantic! Especially the master bedroom and bath ! HUGE! There is so much space everywhere inside and throughout the building. (My toddler granddaughter was even able to sleep in her crib inside one of extra large closets - which was great for her parents to get a good nights sleep !) The balconies are the biggest possibly in the state of Florida. The views are breathtaking. The location is so convenient! It is very safe and the building is very secure. The resort staff and Carmen and Dennis are spectacular to work with ! The neighbors and other guests are warm and friendly. It is so welcoming that you will feel like you are “home” as soon as you pull into the garage. The service for accommodating guests is spot on ! Having been here so many times, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed if you choose this as your “go-to” destination. As you can see, I can’t compliment this place enough. It is the greatest!!!! I cannot think of anything negative to say. Nothing to warn you about. The best surprise - is no surprise!! Home Away From Home. So comfortable and relaxing. Love it !

Awesome

This was an awesome ocean front unit. My children and I could not ask for a better place to spend our vacation and my 50th bday. This private condo community offers luxurious vacation living at a fantastic rate. It’s all about the location which is close to everything but able to come relax in the heated pool and awesome hot tub. My family and I will def stay again....Carmen & Dennis made sure the rental process went off without a hitch. Beautiful and well maintained unit.....can’t wait for next year.
