The family room features two comfortable sofas, an easy chair, entertainment center with large, flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony with the view of the ocean, beach, and community pool and hot tub below.

We are conveniently located near many of Florida's best attractions including the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Daytona International Speedway. The historic city of St. Augustine is a day trip up the coast to the north and the Kennedy Space Center is a day trip down to the south. Orlando and the theme parks are an easy drive on I-4 West.
Shopping is convenient with two grocery stores nearby on Atlantic Ave and a new outlet and shopping center just a short drive to the north. Restaurants in the area are numerous and diverse offering something for every taste.

About the owner: We are retired from the consumer finance business in the central Florida area. I grew up in the Jacksonville area and my wife Dedra was born there. We spend part of the year traveling and visiting our two adult children, a daughter in California and son in Texas. During that time, we make our home available for others to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Atlantic coast we love so much.
Why this property? I searched this area for two years, looking at too many condos to count, before purchasing this perfect floor plan at a great resort. It just seems to be the perfect spot for us. It has a great floor plan with plenty of space for our family. It's a newer building and well maintained with many nice amenities. The location is convenient to all the excitement of the Daytona area but far enough away to still be quiet and family friendly.
Trips to Disney/Universal are easily done from this location.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent for just the weekend?
No. Condo Association policy is for a strict two week minimum.
Can I book with short notice?
No. Our common area manager needs a minimum two weeks notice prior to check in.
Can I bring my pet?
No pets please.

This was our first stay in the Good's unit and i can say without hesitation that it was definitely a 5 star stay! The amenities are fabulous. Everything you need is provided. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We'll be back again!
