Due to hurricane damage our spa, pool and pool deck will be closed until mid-May 2024. We do have direct access to the beach, no need to drive for beach access! We NEVER charge an administration fee, resort fee or require damage insurance. Great Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get a full refund. Trip insurance is highly recommended!
To ensure that this condo is safe for those with allergies to animals/smoke, NO SMOKING is allowed inside this condo and NO ANIMALS are allowed on the premises. Please be aware that this is STRICTLY ENFORCED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

A $300 damage hold will be placed on your credit card one day before arrival and will be removed within 48 hours of departure assuming there is no damage, other than normal wear and tear, and no excessive cleaning is required upon departure.

About the owner: My husband, Donald, and I are from Peachtree City, GA and have 2 kids and 3 grandchildren. We have been in the vacation rental business for 20+ years and it just keeps getting better! We have had the honor or hosting some of the most lovely people, many for repeat visits. Of course, it's always nice to have our family and friends here on our little piece of this beautiful beach.
Why this property? Sanibel has everything we were looking for to provide the perfect vacation rental experience for our guests: great location, friendly atmosphere and great amenities!
The space in this condo is unbelievable. We love that there's plenty of room for our family gatherings or entertaining our friends. The large balcony was one of the reasons that we bought this condo. We can sit with friends and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean. Our location, next to the traffic free beach, is an added bonus. What more could you want?

We have vacationed at Daytona for 40 years and this condo is the best we have stayed in. The condo had anything you would ever need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you would need. There were enough towels and we never ran out. The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The owners were very accommodating and called to check that everything was ok when we checked in. I could have stayed a lot longer. This was the best experience we could have asked for.
