Downstairs features a remodeled half bath, inside laundry and office nook. Walk upstairs you will find a 2 bedrooms, king bed in master and queen bed in quest room.
This complex has many owners that live in the city and escape here on weekends with family and friends. There is a minimum 90-day rental period, so you will not get a lot of people coming and going. This makes a peaceful environment and the opportunity to meet other long-term guests and owners.

Lin and I, longtime snowbirds in the Ponce Inlet area, could not have found a better place for our three month vacation this year. Trust the pictures. This property has been tastefully renovated, providing a cheerful, bright open floor experience. The patio sits on a inner courtyard, beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowering bushes and featuring a heated pool. Although close to downtown Daytona, the Sea Havens complex is an oasis, situated ideally between the ocean and the Halifax River ( intracoastal ), each just a short walk away. Nearby are many local and state parks and a diverse array of restaurants. The owner, Sonya, was a pleasure to work with.
