Coming to Daytona Beach? Our centrally located condo has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located on the 12 floor with a southern exposure you enjoy a panoramic view of both the ocean and intercostal waterway. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking!
The inviting balcony is a great place to relax with a cool drink, view the beach and street activity or even watch a launch from Cape Canaveral! In the summer the sun is high as you enjoy those great ocean breezes! During the winter months it is always warm and pleasant.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. A full compliment of dishware/tableware is on hand as well as everything you need in small appliances and utensils. Wall to wall patio doors afford a great view from the kitchen, living room and eating area.
The living room is comfortably furnished for conversation, reading and television. The 46" HD flat screen TV has a good selection of both high definition and regular cable. A DVD player is also available. Again there is that fabulous view!
The master bedroom also has wall to wall patio doors. Let the ocean sounds and moonlight lull you to sleep. Watch the sunrise as you wake. There is an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom has a King bed, double dresser, 2 night stands and lots of closet space - a his & hers.
The 2nd bedroom is ideally equipped to accommodate children or guests. It has a Queen bed, 2 dressers, night stand, plus a TV. It has a large closet. The adjoining full bathroom has a tub and shower.
A comfortable pullout sofa is available in the living room.
Of course, the unit has WIFI and a telephone (long distance in US & Canada).
All linens and towels are supplied, including beach towels. The unit has a laundry room with a large size washer and dryer...a must!
The Sand Dollar is a very well maintained, secure, 55 unit condominium with a heated pool, whirlpool, outside picnic area with BBQ and exercise room.
It has both secure underground parking and outside deck parking, sprinkler and alarm systems, guest foyer, reception/office manager and maintenance personnel.
Located just 4 blocks north of the Dunlawton Bridge on A1A. All units are privately owned.

Daytona now has a NEW Tanger Outlet Mall (30 minutes).
Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Turtle Sanctuary (15 minutes). Daytona Beach Boardwalk (20 minutes).
New Smyrna Beach is a 30 minutes drive and Cape Canaveral is one hour. Orlando and major attractions just 90 minutes away. Beautiful, Historic St. Augustine is also just a 60 minute drive.
And of course, step out the front door onto the "World's Most Famous Beach!"

About the owner: Our family has been coming to Daytona Beach for 30 years. It became a part of us. It had everything - the Speedway, Bike Week, shopping, movies, eateries, entertainment, the Arts...and of course the BEACH!! Things never got boring and we never got our fill. The kids were happy, we were happy.
Our names are Peter & Nancy Teeple. We are retired and still love the area! Now the kids come with their kids.
Why this property? Over the years of coming to Daytona Beach we stayed at many properties, finally deciding to buy our own. After 4 years of looking we walked into the Sand Dollar, Unit 1204. It had the "WOW factor" - the view!!!, the layout, 12th floor, the facilities and the BEACH! Our search ended!
We're happy, the kids are happy.

I'd love to live in this condo year round!!
My wife and I have had a life-long love affair with the beach; the beaches of Daytona are among the best in the world and are our favorite!Having seen a picture of the twelve-story tall Sand Dollar Condominium we spotted it from a half mile away. We pulled into the underground parking garage and into our condo’s reserved parking space right near the elevator.We took a quick elevator ride to our penthouse, two-bedroom, two-bath, fully equipped, rooftop condo; we opened the front door and all of our expectations were exceeded. It was hard to know where to look first. You guessed it; we went out on the southern exposure balcony and the view blew us away! Looking to the left we saw the Atlantic Ocean and a great expanse of Daytona Beach Shores Beach; with cars driving right on the beach. Looking to our right we looked over Daytona Beach Shores to a great view of the Intercoastal Waterway. We enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon adult beverages on the balcony; with seating for five including a chaise lounge chair. Not being early rises, we only saw two sunrises; but during our week in paradise; we saw five amazing sunsets.Continuing our condo tour, the living room offered a large flat screen TV & a blue ray player. There was a couch, a love seat, and an easy chair with foot stool. The dining room would accommodate five and the fully equipped kitchen even had a coffee maker, a double toaster, and a microwave. Glasses, china, sliver, pots and pans and serving/cooking utensils were plentiful; there was even a wine opener. The condo had everything even pens, scissors, and a notebook filled with restaurant recommendations and area activities information.The master bedroom had a king size bed and lots of pillows. The master bath had a walk-in shower; his & hers closets, with lots of hangers. The second bedroom had a queen size bed and lots of pillows plus a full bath and a second flat screen TV. Ample closet space, and more hangars. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer easily took care the many provided beach towels and our wet beach attire.The condo owners, Nancy and Peter, were great to work with. I could go on and on about our May 2019 stay; but let me end this by saying we had such a Great Time; we have already booked a week in September 2019; for a return visit to paradise.Teressa and Bob Jacobi Bartow, FL
