This oceanfront unit has a 40-foot balcony that extends the length of the apartment across the two in-suite bedrooms and living room allowing for fabulous views of the ocean from the two bedrooms and the living room. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give the balcony accessibility from two bedrooms and the living/dining room. You can also enjoy views of the Halifax River from the Lanai. This unit has 3 spacious bedrooms three full bathrooms and a bonus lanai room. The unit offers 2,151 square feet and another 240" on the balcony. The unit is fitted to sleep 6 guests comfortably.

This unit is ideal for couples or families and is non-smoking and pet-free. This unit has a fabulous open floor plan with direct ocean views where you can enjoy the view of the world's most famous beach while sitting in the grand living room dining room, kitchen, master suite, and second bedroom en suite.
Our large master suite features a direct ocean view with access to the balcony, king bed, TV, and walk-in closet. The master bath is extremely large with a Roman tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom en suite features a queen bed, waking closet, TV, balcony with a direct ocean view, and a full private bath. Our third bedroom features a double bed, a walking closet, and a full bath. An additional queen-size EZ-BED is available upon request. The unit can sleep up to 8 guests for an extra fee of $10 per person over 6 a day. All linens and beach towels are provided.

The spacious brand-new European frameless kitchen features a large island with a seating area for a family gathering or works with ocean views. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including oven range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cooking equipment, crockery, and utensils. Private large room with washer and dryer.

Towers Grande is located on 400 feet of pristine, sandy beach with spectacular ocean views and intercoastal views. The building includes two uniquely designed oceanfront swimming pools, heated all year round, two relaxing oceanfront whirlpool spas, a beach Ramp, a telephone door security answering system, lush tropical landscaping, an oceanfront gym, a beautifully furnished oceanfront club room with large screen TV & pool table, trash chute located on every floor and Monday to Friday onsite manager.

Area Information

Towers Grand is located on the north end of Daytona Beach Shores, near the Daytona Beach Main Street and only 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway. Close to everything yet far from the busy beach driving entrance that makes our beachfront area more enjoyable.

Daytona Beach Shores is rated one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun-filled vacation. The Daytona Racetrack is only minutes away. There are plenty of things to do after the sun goes down miniature golf, movies, ice cream, shopping, the main street pier and the bands playing in the band shell, and some great local non-chain restaurants that have great food and reasonable prices. St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA is about 1-hour drive, Disney World and Orlando area attractions are under 2 hours drive, and the Kennedy Space Center is only an hour away.
