The Master Suite with balcony access has a fireplace, private bathroom with 2 sinks, separate walk-in shower, deep jetted whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. The King in the master bedroom is a Sleep Number Smart Bed. Bring your Sleep Number with you or discover it here for exciting days and peaceful night's sleep. The Chef's Kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counters, and walk-in pantry. It is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, cookware, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, spices, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, wok, roasting pans, electric skillet, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The kitchen area seats 8 with additional seating in the bar room. Also included are linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrella, tent, wagon, boards, toys, games, and books. The home has 5 large screen TVs, LG washer and dryer, iron, laundry tub sink, and drying rack. Walk-in, designer closets are in the pantry and all bedrooms for extra storage. Kid-friendly home with an adjustable high chair, playpen, and beach toys.
Located at the highly desirable Sanibel Condominium, amenities include oceanfront beach access, a exercise room, underground gated parking, and clubhouse with billiard room, card tables, full kitchen, grilling area, and picnic table. Our private beachfront pool and hot tub are being renovated. Ask owner for update. The Sanibel is privately owned (not a public hotel). It is clean, safe, well maintained, and in excellent condition.

Area Information
Located in between the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River, Sanibel 303 is on Florida's east coast between Ponce Inlet and South Daytona Beach. There are many excellent restaurants and attractions nearby. These include Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Daytona Speedway, surf schools, fishing, marinas, boardwalk, arcade, water parks, laser tag, go-karts, Escape Room, and goofy golf. Orlando's theme parks, Cape Canaveral, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, and Cocoa Beach are all within an hour's drive.

What types of activities are available for families?
So many to choose from! The pool, hot tub, and beach are a few steps away and viewable from the balcony. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cruiser bicycles, and an abundance of beach toys are provided. Within a 5 minute walk, there are nearby attractions including the fishing pier, Crabby Joe's restaurant, walking and biking trails, to name a few.
Is the property public or private?
The Sanibel is a privately owned property, not a hotel. It is very well maintained and gated with keycode access, security, and cameras. There is reserved parking in the garage underneath the building.
What is the best time of year to visit?
Guests choose to visit year round due to the warm weather and abundance of outdoor activities available.

Best oceanfront beach place we have ever stayed in!!!
We have vacationed on Florida's east coast for years. This is by far the nicest oceanfront property - we will be back again and again! Absolutely Perfect In Every Way!
Our family has vacationed at many beach front properties. We have finally found the best at Sanibel 303. This condo is by far the cleanest, most beautifully decorated and maintained, and has the most generous amenities. If we could rate it higher than 5-Star, we would! The owner has thought of everything to make our stay relaxing, fun, and stress free… From the keyless entry to the fully stocked linens, towels, soaps, paper products, appliances, cookware, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, bikes, toys, etc. Oh, and the balcony furniture is unlike any we’ve ever lounged on! It is padded for extra comfort which makes the spectacular oceanfront views even better. We enjoyed countless hours watching sunrises, surfers, waves, birds, dolphins, and gazing at the moon and stars. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, parks, and the Sunglow Pier. We appreciate the owner’s helpfulness with our questions and look forward to returning again and again.
