Me, my 3 sisters and our honorary sister were pleasantly surprised by this most beautiful, relaxing, very spacious yet cozy, comfortable, inviting, fully stocked, beautifully decorated, absolutely gorgeous, beach home! It was so peaceful and relaxing that we found it so easy to nap in the comfortable lounge chairs on the large balcony, while listening to the ocean waves roll in. The fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to cook that we really never had to even leave for meals if we didn't want to. It was truly a home away from home but so much more. The warm breeze, beautiful views and gorgeous sunrise all from your balcony view made this home away from home more like heaven here on earth. We cannot wait to visit again. We had a wonderful stay-cation all the way from Lakeland, FL but felt like we were in another Country and it was amazing! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We are forever blessed! Forever Sisters!
This condo was very nice. The ocean view was amazing, and the sound of the waves you could hear from throughout the unit. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us 3 adults and 3 kids. Also, we appreciated the gear that is provided for the beach. We used the chairs, the tent, and the wagon to bring all the stuff down to the beach. It was a great memory for my family and I would highly recommend.
My family had a wonderful vacation at this property. The unit was clean and well equipped with all the things you would need for the kitchen and bathroom. There was also a handful of great things for the beach like a wagon for all the stuff, chairs, towels, and a tent for shade. The view was amazing and I loved hearing the sound of the waves from throughout the unit. Would highly recommend staying here.
Condo was exactly as described except even better! Everything was clean and working. The beach toys/wagon/chairs/tent were extremely helpful. We just pulled the wagon out the garage door and onto the beach - what could be better. The bookcase was a big hit with several in the group. We had 3 (triplet) seniors, celebrating high school graduation with parents and grandparents. We all had a wonderful time. The sleeping accommodations were perfect. Washer and dryer worked great. We would all highly recommend MaryAnn's condo - and especially because MaryAnn herself was so helpful with prompt answers to any questions.

So many to choose from! The pool, hot tub, and beach are a few steps away and viewable from the balcony. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cruiser bicycles, and an abundance of beach toys are provided. Within a 5 minute walk, there are nearby attractions including the fishing pier, Crabby Joe's restaurant, walking and biking trails, to name a few.
Is the property public or private?
The Sanibel is a privately owned property, not a hotel. It is very well maintained and gated with keycode access, security, and cameras. There is reserved parking in the garage underneath the building.
What is the best time of year to visit?
Guests choose to visit year round due to the warm weather and abundance of outdoor activities available.

We have vacationed on Florida's east coast for years. This is by far the nicest oceanfront property - we will be back again and again! Absolutely Perfect In Every Way!
Our family has vacationed at many beach front properties. We have finally found the best at Sanibel 303. This condo is by far the cleanest, most beautifully decorated and maintained, and has the most generous amenities. If we could rate it higher than 5-Star, we would! The owner has thought of everything to make our stay relaxing, fun, and stress free… From the keyless entry to the fully stocked linens, towels, soaps, paper products, appliances, cookware, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, bikes, toys, etc. Oh, and the balcony furniture is unlike any we’ve ever lounged on! It is padded for extra comfort which makes the spectacular oceanfront views even better. We enjoyed countless hours watching sunrises, surfers, waves, birds, dolphins, and gazing at the moon and stars. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, parks, and the Sunglow Pier. We appreciate the owner’s helpfulness with our questions and look forward to returning again and again.
