Come experience life at The Sherwin. Breathtaking views from this 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo on the 7th floor in Daytona Beach Shores. Expansive balcony allows for 180 degree beach views from as far as the eye can see. Large panoramic floor to ceiling glass in the living room. Two King Master Suites, each with a large 12 foot wide picture window oceanfront for AMAZING views. The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds and an attached full bathroom. This is a fantastic condo in a well managed building that has a beautiful atrium lobby, fitness room, indoor hot tub, sauna, large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun. You will be only steps away from the ocean. Enjoy the convenience of using our beach locker stocked with everything you need - 8 beach chairs, beach cart, large cooler on wheels, 2 umbrellas, 4 boogie boards and plenty of beach toys. We also provide 8 beach towels so you have more room in your luggage for the things that matter the most. We cater to our family groups traveling with small children - we provide a pack-n-play as well as a high chair.

There are thousands of dining and entertainment options for any age in the Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach area. A few examples are: Daytona International Speedway (home of the Daytona 500, the most prestigious race in NASCAR), Jackie Robinson Ballpark, Daytona Beach Golf Club and LPGA International, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Bike Week and Biketoberfest, the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Southeast Museum of Photography, the Daytona Playhouse.
In addition to local sites to see, there are also more famous attractions within an hour and a half’s drive, including Disney World and Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs, Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and beautiful, historic St. Augustine. Secured permit parking for 1 vehicle in our underground garage. The height clearance is 6' 9". Additional parking available on the upper parking deck, that does not require a permit.

We have been a fan of DBS for many years. We have been renting condos at Oceans1, Dimucci twin towers, Towers Grande and Bella Vista (numerous years). Although all these condominiums have their own personalities Sherwin has amenities that make it number one. These amenities (not seen in other rentals) seem trivial but are actually very useful. For instance, the door access from the garage when you are coming in from your local grocery store. You put your grocery in the carts and with your fob (card key) the door opens wide and you just enter towards the elevator. No fighting with the door and cart. My wife loves it!! Another small detail is the storage space (basement). All the beach equipment is provided and beach sand in the condo unit is not an issue. Less cleaning!!! Now the unit itself. Our first stay in 2019 was less enjoyable because the balconies were being replaced️. However, our 2022 stay was glorious. The view was exceptional. Numerous hours spent on the balcony enjoying the view and sea breeze. Since our 2019 stay, the owners have remodeled the unit and have done a great job. No more carpeting a huge plus. Everything you need for cooking is available. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Finally, the interaction with Stacy was very much appreciated throughout the whole renting process.

It is a joy to work with Stacy. Her communications are excellent. This property has a unique combination of characteristics that created a wonderful visit. We have stayed two times with different groups and our experiences were outstanding. The level and location are the best view because it is high enough to see well and low enough to hear the waves on the beach. The condo is well designed and furnished perfectly with excellent style and quality. The property has all the tools for flexibility to accommodate a wide range of guests. The beach, pool, workout center, meeting room, location, parking and quality make it a tremendous property. The beach at this location is among the best in the area. We plan to return again soon and enjoy the experience.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. There are so many "hidden" rooms that you don't expect (laundry room, closets, etc.) It is beautifully decorated and bright. We loved that it had a bathroom accessible from each bedroom. The condo was spotless and looked brand new. Stacy was amazing. She was so accommodating and easy to work with. She responds very quickly and keeps you informed and addresses any concerns. She was a great host. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I love this condo!! The views when you first walk into the unit of the ocean and out on the balcony are breathtaking. Then you see how beautifully furnished and maintained the unit is. Kitchen is well equipped with every gadget you will need. Another important factor is beds are comfortable. Hearing the sounds of the waves at night and morning is so relaxing. The Sherwin building is very clean and safe with wonderful people living, visiting, plus working there. Stacy's accessibility is another wonderful perk. She is truly a hands on owner who cares that you enjoy your stay. Great place!!

First time renting a condo. Stacy was so easy to work with and very accessible. The condo has breathtaking views of the ocean. When in the bedrooms you can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean to put you into a restful sleep. My family enjoyed relaxing on the spacious comfortable porch. The Sherwin amenities are excellent including exercise room, jacuzzi, wonderful pool area all just steps from the ocean. Luggage carts and buggies were provided in parking deck to help you with less trips to unload your vehicle. Condo was clean, spacious and included everything you need for a two week stay! Plenty items to cook with! We did not need anything except more time to stay at this condo! Thank you Stacy. We will be returning.

We loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated w/the goal of bringing the ocean and beach into the condo thru use of mirrors and decor. Very calming and peaceful. Big balcony that had very comfortable chairs and patio couch. Looking down at the beach was always a treat. All the amenities you would want in a vacation rental. Clean and new. Stacey was a great host and manager. Easy to contact; very responsive. Only thing I might suggest is that The Sherwin have a ramp down to the beach for seniors to use. We would stay here again in a minute although first 2 weeks in March were cold and windy. Thank you Stacey!

Beautiful oceanfront view as soon as you enter! Breathtaking views from the living room and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of seating. We did not have to bring anything for the beach. They have a beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and chart ready to go. Will definitely be back!!

We enjoy staying at the Sherwin, the location, the view was outstanding! We felt at home, met lots of nice people in the building. What stood out for us is how well equiped was the kitchen as we love cooking and also all the chairs, umbrellas and toys to take to the beach. We will be back to stay again.
