The Sand Dollar, directly on the Ocean,
is a quiet, family building with a Heated Pool, Jacuzzi
Hot Tub, with men and women's Saunas and an Exercise Room.
Unit 904 has a high view of the Ocean / Beach and
Beautiful Sunrises, as well as, the Halifax River and
Sunsets. The perfect place for a wonderful beach vacation!
The Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and its own private
bathroom, opens directly onto the Balcony.
The Guest Room has two twins, which can
be made into a king, if you wish. In the Living Room are
two leather sofas, and one has a double sleeper
bed. The Guest Room and the Living Room share the
The Living Room and Dining area open onto the
Balcony as well. There is a fully-equipped Kitchen with
all full-sized appliances, Full-size, private Washer and
Drier, (3) TVs, DVD Player & Stereo,
Secure Underground Parking for 1 vehicle. Beach Chairs,
Boogie boards, and more are available for
Linen and Towels (including Beach Towels) are
included. You will also find a starter supply of paper
towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.
The only items you need to bring are your own personal
items and bathing toiletries

About the owner: My wife Virginia and daughter Jessica life in south western Pennsylvania. We have been vacationing in the Daytona Beach area for many years. It is our second home My intension is to spend my winters at the condo when I finally retire from engineering for the steel industry.
Why this property? The Sand Dollar is a very well maintained building. When it comes to renovation work, things are done right, (no cutting corners).
The building and property are designed for optimal benefit to the occupants. An example of this is the pool is south of the building
so you have the sun at the pool all day as apposed to the pool in front of the building in where the building blocks the afternoon sun.
