Beaches of Daytona Beach Shores, Stay at our
luxurious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo at The Sand Dollar.

The Sand Dollar, directly on the Ocean,
is a quiet, family building with a Heated Pool, Jacuzzi
Hot Tub, with men and women's Saunas and an Exercise Room.

Unit 904 has a high view of the Ocean / Beach and
Beautiful Sunrises, as well as, the Halifax River and
Sunsets. The perfect place for a wonderful beach vacation!

The Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and its own private
bathroom, opens directly onto the Balcony.

The Guest Room has two twins, which can
be made into a king, if you wish. In the Living Room are
two leather sofas, and one has a double sleeper
bed. The Guest Room and the Living Room share the
other bathroom.

The Living Room and Dining area open onto the
Balcony as well. There is a fully-equipped Kitchen with
all full-sized appliances, Full-size, private Washer and
Drier, (3) TVs, DVD Player & Stereo,

Secure Underground Parking for 1 vehicle. Beach Chairs,
Boogie boards, and more are available for
your use.

Linen and Towels (including Beach Towels) are
included. You will also find a starter supply of paper
towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.
The only items you need to bring are your own personal
items and bathing toiletries

About the owner: My daughter Jessica and I live in south western Pennsylvania. We have been vacationing in the Daytona Beach area for many years. It is our second home My intention is to spend my winters at the condo when I finally retire from engineering for the steel industry.

Why this property? The Sand Dollar is a very well maintained building. When it comes to renovation work, things are done right, (no cutting corners).
The building and property are designed for optimal benefit to the occupants. An example of this is that the pool is south of the building
giving you sun at the pool all day as opposed to the pool in front of the building where the building would block the afternoon sun.

Excellent experience!

This condo is great and Tom, the owner, is great to work with! The building is very secure, safe and clean. Everything you need besides personal items and food is included in the rental. The views from the balcony are great. We had 1 small issue with a door handle and Tom was quick to get a hold of Ed, the maintenance man, to come fix it for us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Tom!

Condo Review

The condo we rented was very tastefully decorated abs was big enough for the four of us, I was impressed with how big the kitchen was and the breakfast bar.We had coffee every morning on the balcony watching the waves roll in. It was paradise.I can’t say enough good things about the owner. He texted me through the week to make sure everything was up to our standards. The one problem we had was we could not get the tv on (minor problem). The owner was quick to respond and get maintenance up to our unit the very next morning. He included the maintenance mans phone number if we needed anything else.The parking was underneath the condo and was very secure you had to have a parking pass to get in the garage. The parking spaces were larger than other condos so you weren’t parking close to anyone.I will definitely rent this condo again. He get a 10star rating from me abs my family.

Great Views

We had a wonderful time. The condo has a great view from the balcony. Tom was quick and courteous with with all communication . The condo had plenty of room.

Super beachfront condo

Perfect location for a beach vacation. The views of the ocean and the intracoastal are fantastic. The swimming pool was wonderful and warm, and the apartment had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Communication with Tom was excellent throughout the whole process. Many thanks Tom.

Excellent!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this very spacious, nicely furnished condo very much. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the ocean and many mornings we spotted dolphins! The Sand Dollar is a clean, safe and well kept building. The owner,Tom, is wonderful to work with. Having such a great experience, I would easily recommend this rental to others! Cannot wait to return!!!
