February 2023 We stayed at the O'Connor's condominium with our daughter, son-in-law, and their 13-year old daughter. Even without use of the pool or direct access to the sea (due to the hurricane), we had an awesome time. The O'Connors are marvellous hosts. John is a first-class communicator with quick responses to any question.The condo is superlative in every area - spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, totally functional kitchen and dining area, comfortable living room, and absolutely awesome balcony. Being on the second floor gives a prime view of sea, sand, and surrounding area. We loved having our first cup of coffee and welcoming the sunrise as it revealed once again the beauty of our setting.We are already booked for February 2024 for an even longer stay - which will be even more enjoyable with the new seawall in place, direct access to the water, and the pool and hot tub back in service.Ron and Barb K. We stayed at this condo with 2 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved the triple bunk beds. The condo was very clean and furnished with all the typical kitchen and other beach items you need including a tent, a couple chairs, etc. The location and proximity to restaurants including Crabby Joes was awesome. The 2nd floor unit location within the condo was also super convenient with quick access to the pool and the beach (no waiting for elevators, etc). The Owners, O’Connors, were quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

My wife, two kids and mom stayed in this condo. It is just steps away from the beach and Crabby Joe’s - one of my all time fav restaurants.It was super clean, had all the beach accessories we needed and parking for the car.The hosts were wonderful and I would recommend to anyone. I’ll be staying here again.

My family had the best time! The owners provided everything we needed for a hasslefree, relaxing vacation. The beach access was so convenient as was the pool and hot tub. I love that the balcony overlooks the ocean and the pool. Having Crabby Joe's restaurant on the pier right on the beach next to us was awesome!!! I look forward to booking with these owners again and again!!!!

This rental property suited our needs perfectly. The condo is immaculate, very comfortable and spacious. Being on the second floor made access to the beach and swimming pool very easy. We traveled with a toddler and a baby, this is perfect for families! The owners were very accommodating and even bought a second playpen for us to use. They were also easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The location is very good, the beach, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, it’s all right there! I would highly recommend this property!

We stayed in the O’Connors condo in February 2022. We enjoyed their condo and it’s beautiful view. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’ve stayed in Daytona many times. Their place is very clean and the building is brand new. I had one special request before we stayed and they had no problem accommodating me. Everyone was very nice and communication was very easy.
