About the owner: My husband and me bought this Condo in February 1997 as a second home, for weekends and vacation time because we were living in Orlando running a family business, years later we bought a bigger place for our personal use and started doing short and long term rentals to pay the expenses of them, In 2006 we open our investment property name ELJO LLC. increasing our inventory of properties in Cocoa Beach and Orlando area. We enjoy to do personally the management of our rentals and offer our tenants with the best service they deserve. And many times they have returned to our places for the next vacation in Florida.
Why this property? Because this upscale place is great for spend your beach vacation. Many amenities to enjoy.
Perfect location, friendly condo
We stayed 3 months, in this condo, it was conveniently located, for what we needed to do, the amenities were great. Everything was close and within walking distance, as for us this was a plus as my wife is in a wheelchair. The pool and hot tub area was amazing, there were enough chairs to go and relax by the pool. The room was great and was handicap accessible. Being a travel agent, we will recommend this place to our clients who are looking for an amazing place to stay

A great place to stay and the owners were very accommodating.
The condo was very nice with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed our 3 months there and would definitely go back. The condo was in a great location with lots of stores and shopping near by. Right on the beach, which was very nice and the garage was nice to have also. The owners were very nice and we would recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice get-a-way on the beach!
