Gorgeous 2 bed, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo. All updated and complete with everything you need for a great time on the beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, games and more.
Master Bedroom has King Bed, shower bath, laundry, flat screen TV and seating area. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen, pillow top beds, a futon that folds out to a dble bed, and the couch in the family room has a fainting couch on the end for an additional twin bed.
Plenty of extra sheets, blankets and more.
Soaps, detergents and more are included.
The balcony has seating and an electric, George Foreman Grill for your convenience. There is a small herb garden on the balcony for your use.

There is something for everyone at Cocoa Beach. Ron Jon Surf Shop, and the Cocoa Beach Surf Shop are both open 24/7. If you the kids want to go look at surf boards, skate boards and get lessons at 2 a.m., they can. It's just that amazing for a spot for family fun.
Area Information
This is the closest salt water beach to Orlando Fl., that would be your main airport to fly into.
This condo is located on the ocean, head 528 EAST all the way to the ocean from the airport.
This perfect get away is located about one hour from Disney World, MGM studios and other Orlando attractions. The closest ones to the condo, about 15 min. or less are Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, You can catch a quick cruise to the Bahamas and leave your rental car at a local location. They will give you a ride to the loading dock for any cruise you want. Then they will pick you back up and bring you to get another rental car when your done with your cruise. It really is convenient.
There is so much to do and see in Cocoa Beach. You can take an air boat ride at the Lone Cabbage air boats on the St. Johns River, you can take a closer ride on a pontoon party boat, right on the banana river at the waterfront bar and grill. You can see all types of marine life. Dolphins, manatees and more are at the waterfront restaurants. You don't even have to go out on the water.
The pier is our favorite spot as you can walk right there and go to the Rikki Tikki Tavern, located at the end of the pier. Happy hour starts at around 4 pm in Cocoa Beach. The BEACH is the main attraction and it's free. You can rent anything you want. Surf boards, kayaks, wind surfing, more. There is a volley ball net at the pier if you want to play. They allow drinks on the beach, as long is it is in a can or plastic bottle. NO GLASS.

To get on the pier for free, if you buy anything on the pier, including a drink at the bar and grill bar, save the receipt and show it to the admission person and they will let you and your group on for free.
If not, they will give you two tokens worth $1.00 each to spend at the tikki bar. Admission is $1.00. So you get a $1.00 off on your first drink at the tikki bar.
discovery beach bar and restaurant is a great hideaway bar for appetizers and drinks. We like going other places for the food.

About the owner: I am amazing in every way. I love the beach, people, kids, kittens, puppies and YOU.
Why this property? This was the best place i could find in Cocoa Beach. The kids chose the condo. I chose it because it is close to the Pier and only an hour from orlando. It is easy and not a huge complex. It's very small with great and friendly people that stay there.
The property was dated when we purchased and we redid the entire place. Took down a wall and added a breakfast bar and more. Went with granite and tile throughout. We bought it as an investment property but we use it a lot. The kids have grown and now they use it with their families.
its really a perfect place in paradise.

Stayed for four weeks, condo is well appointed and decorated with beautiful pictures and fun beach decor. The view is amazing. Spacious and comfortable. Close enough to easily walk to the beach and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the condo. Pool is very clean,warm and well cared for. Everything you need is available inside the condo. Plenty of towels and very nice bed linens. Booking was very easy .Enjoyed several spectular rocket launches from the beach. The owner is readily available by email or text if you have any questions and was proactive in communicating in advance of our arrival. We have already booked for next year. Do not hesitate to book this condo, you will be happy you did.

My husband, our 3 boys and me were very happy with our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers. The room we stayed in was spacious and roomy, and included a washer and dryer! The view from our balcony was gorgeous which included the beach and the pool. We had private access to the beach, boogie boards, towels, an umbrella and cooler and chairs were provided. We were all impressed and would definitely visit again. Overall our trip was delightful and we really scored a fantastic place to stay!

My family and grandkids had a wonderful week here. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach view is awesome and we had such easy access with the ramp behind the pool. Beds were comfy with Great bedding. We had everything we needed and more, including towels, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards(which we used daily), other beach supplies and kitchen amenities we didn’t have to buy. The condo is decorated very cute with plenty of space in the living room and a large tv. Lots of games for us to play also. The kids did crafts and even found tape and scissors! If you forget something more than likely you will find it here. We walked to the pier and walked the beach in the evening. It was nice being able to code into the door and not take keys with us. It’s a great place to spend a week at the beach. Lovely vacation!

We took my whole family to Florida in December. My grandchildren ranged from 5 years old to 16 years old. The Condo was perfect for the whole family. It was clean and very modern. Loved all the special touches throughout. The beds were amazing-so comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. All of the extras that were at the condo were so nice. Chairs, sand toys, water toys - all the extras in the kitchen area that were available for our use - just made for a perfect vacation. The area was great since we were only 1 hour from Disney and many other attractions. The restaurants in the area were wonderful as well. Our favorite was Coconuts on the Beach! Since we went in December, it got dark about 5:30 so we were disappointed that the kids couldn't use the pool after dark. That would be the only thing that I could think of that it would be nice if that rule changed. We would definitely rent this condo again. Oops - forgot to mention the Beach was amazing as well. We watched the sunrise and the dolphins... pure heaven!

I stayed here with my husband for a MUCH needed getaway.This spacious condo makes you feel like you're staying at a 5-star hotel and in your Mom's guest room at the same time.Perfect mix of upscale and home away from home.Full stocked kitchen - we had GREAT family meals together - and picked up some fresh seafood from Port Canaveral 7 minutes up the road.We walked to the pier every day for a drink or dinner - DIVINE!All the comforts of home with a beachfront view. We'll be back as often as possible.

Our little family of 8 just returned Monday night from our five night stay at this condo! Bea was a joy to deal with through the entire booking process as well as the stay. The condo was in a perfect location and had every single thing you could possibly think of already there! The beds were nice and comfy with great linens on them. There were plenty of towels for bathing as well as for the beach. She had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even a cute little Bach rolling back pack! I would definitely recommend her condo and will stay there again when we are back cocoa beach way!! Thank you from the bottom of my family’s hearts for our wonderful stay.

We have stayed at a few other condos in this area and this is most definitely our favorite. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Coffee with a beautiful view of the beach every morning and just a short walk to the Pier for delicious Bloody Marys and fantastic lobster bisque and fish tacos.The owner was truly amazing in every way. The condo was super clean and offered all the comforts of home. Spices, coffee bean grinder, plenty of towels, etc. So very nice.There were chairs, and even an umbrella for our trips to the beach. When we didn’t stay at the beach for the day we hung out by the heated pool, which was awesome.We will definitely be back as soon as we are able.

I had a great week at your condo with my sister. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where I had such great bedding. The condo had everything we could possible need. The kitchen was well stocked. There were so many things to do close to the condo including fishing.
