This house reminded me of going to the beach with my parents when I was a kid. The house was clean and comfortable, with three bedrooms and a bath downstairs and a master with bath on the main level. There was kitchen/living area with a half bath. The best part was the secluded backyard with a pergola-covered patio and a trail leading toward a gate that opened to the beach. Just before the gate, a set of stairs led up to a private deck overlooking the beach where we had coffee every morning. From the beach, it's a short walk to the pier and restaurants, bars, etc. There is a small swimming pool, which is shared with the house across the courtyard. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and beach toys were all provided with the house.
