Unwind and lounge at the house comfortably: large heated pool, warm and relaxing hot tub, and a large tiki bar where you can sit in the shade and sip a cocktail. Big TV in the living room, TV's in every bedroom, and great air conditioning make for a comfortable beach house. There is a large dining area that has multiple options for seating (up to 20), whether you want a big family meal at the big dining room table, a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at the medium-sized dining table.

Quiet, clean neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Half way between Cocoa Beach downtown and the Ron Jon surf shop and Cocoa Beach pier area. Very near restaurants, grocery and shopping. You can walk to the local Dunkin' Donuts (yum).
Best way to get around is with your vehicle (car). Throughout Cocoa Beach there are a lot of electric scooters you can enable via the appropriate mobile app.

AlisonWe had a wonderful stay at Tiki Blue. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space. The pool/hot tub were the highlight for all. The neighborhood was nice and quiet - great for a morning walk. And the location overall was perfect, short drive to the beach, restaurants, etc.

JosianneThis was certainly a home away from home. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away - (including a new blend of coffee I had not tried before, but now love), ample amount of towels, refrigerator space, rooms & beds, beach amenities and a beautiful pool and tiki bar. We needed to stay longer to fully enjoy everything this house had to offer. The beach design & theme really set the calm relaxed atmosphere of the house. We got to experience a rocket launch (we didn’t see it, but felt it. Cool!) The kitchen/breakfast nook/dining room was a perfect place to gather in the morning and for dinner. We celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday and this place made it so special, we will never forget it. (We might even celebrate her 31st birthday here!! 🤗)

Kathryn M.Tiki Blue was perfect for our family vacation. Upon arrival the house was spotless with fresh towels and spotless countertops. The whole house is spacious and airy, very easy to feel comfortable and at home. Super close drive to Lori Wilson public beach. The kids loved the pool! You kind of forget you’re in a neighborhood with how private the backyard feels. Richard is awesome, helpful and prompt communication! We had a great stay.

GwenIf you’re looking for that special house look no further than the Tiki Blue Beach house. The home is large with five bedrooms, which we were able to accommodate family and friends. A highlight for us was the large swimming pool and hot tub where we spent a majority of our time together. Any communication with Richard I found he was fast to respond. We all enjoyed Cocoa Beach, restaurants, sandy beaches, watching several space launches including NASA’s Artemis mission launch toward the moon. Thanks Richard for helping us to make memories for 10 great grandchildren.

PaulI enjoyed my stay here with my extended family. I had three generations of Wengers gather for a family reunion of sorts. We could cook large meals and serve many family members at the dining tables. Same goes for the big sofas around the TV. There are plenty of patio chairs in the back. Where ever big groups of our family wanted to meet, we could do so in large numbers comfortably. I recommend it! We hope to be back soon.
