All the comforts of home but with a partial ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom. It's all on one level, 2nd floor, but with an elevator, so you don't have to climb stairs. It has a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining area and living room. It has a decent-sized laundry closet room in this unit, so you can pack light on the clothes. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with high definition TVs, of course. We just upgraded the living room with a new loveseat featuring dual motorized recliners for the utmost comfort and relaxation. Free, reliable wi-fi service. The master is furnished with a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin. With the 2 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room it comfortably sleeps 5 adults and 2 children, or any configuration of up to 6 people. You'll also find beach gear in one closet, a heated swimming pool and hot tub between the 2 buildings. A tennis court, outdoor grill, free parking close to the building, and free water to hose down your vehicle if necessary. Located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, handy to the famous Cocoa Beach pier, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, and evening entertainment. Just to the north is Cape Canaveral, where astronauts lift off into space, and Port Canaveral, where you can enjoy your seafood outdoors by the docks and watch some of the world's largest cruise ships come and go. Best of all, you are right on the beach, no streets to cross before you feel the sand between your toes, and if you are adventurous, you can surf in the waters known as the small wave capital of the world, because the waves are pretty consistent but not big enough to crush you, excepting in the case of a rare strong storm.

Area Information

This is the closest beach to all the attractions of Orlando. Just 45 minutes straight east of the Orlando international airport on the Beachline Expressway (528) Most of the attractions are on the west side of Orlando, so it's just over an hour to get to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Ripley's Believe It or Not. It's only a half hour drive north from Cocoa Beach to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex where you can get close up to real rockets. From Cocoa Beach to Legoland in Winter Haven is an hour and 40 minute drive, about a half hour southwest of Walt Disney World.

Favorite Places To Eat

The Simply Delicious Cafe & Bakery is a great place to brunch in Cocoa Beach. My favorite is their massively thick French toast, topped or stuffed with your favorite fruits. It is in a converted yellow house on your left as you travel South, on the one-way split portion of A1A , the main drag thru town. There is some parking in back and in front, but seating and parking are both limited.
