This outstanding property has been totally renovated. Views of the Banana River are panoramic and dock has two kayaks. Kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Owner has ten bikes in garage to make beach access easy. Location is near Cocoa Pier and several great shops and restaurants. Orlando attractions are only 60 miles west so day trips are easy. Watch space launches while enjoying warm breezes in the back yard. You can catch fish off the dock or rent a boat to explore Indian and Banana rivers.

Cleaning staff now only uses List N disinfectants that are recommended by CDC. Large yard offers social distancing from neighbors.

We rent houses in Florida pretty often for our company. This is by far the best one we have been in. Great location and super clean! We will definitely be back soon!

The house, pool and dock were perfect for what we needed! We did not feel that we were lacking in any area. Everything was top notch. Tons of towels and linens, pots and pans, dishes, glassware and even a variety of spices. Nice patio furniture and even some pool toys. The house seems to have been recently remodeled and furnished. I will mention that I have rented many places from VRBO/HomeAway over the past 10 yrs and this property had some fees on it that I have never paid before. A cleaning fee and service fee are normal and expected charges, when renting from VRBO/HomeAway, but this particular property had an Owners fee and Property fee, which were added on by the owner. Maybe these charges are new or just particular to this owner, but I felt they were excessive.

Excellent for Families

We stayed with 4 kids and 4 adults (our family + inlaws). Perfect setup for our crew. Excellent house all around. Very well stocked kitchen and laundry with plenty of cleaning supplies. Tons of beach equipment - multiple carts, 4+ boogie boards, sand toys, towels, lots of chairs, umbrellas - everything you need. 2 working kayaks and 2 bikes when we were there. Huge pool with hot tub. Dock on the river is great - we caught a few small fish but really enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. Not super close to beach, but very walkable and easy access to the pier and surf spot adjacent. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
