AnnThe house was great, plenty of space for 7 of us. We mostly lived in the main livingroom and out back by the pool. Having a 2nd kitchen was also a nice perk especially having the 2nd full fridge. Outdoor patio and deck around the pool had plenty of furniture and space for us to relax or sit together and visit. We also enjoyed the outdoor table and the grill was frequently used. Pool was nice and warm as was the hot tub.The location is great, you are a about 1/10th of a mile from the beach. Walking to the beach is super easy, you aren't dealing with heavy traffic and there are many access points. Stores and restaurants are close by, easy to walk to but not on top you you. It's a nice quiet residential road.This property would also be great for 2 families vacationing together. It's all one house but you can have some separation if you want including separate kitchens.Richard is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond if needed.

LesThe house was great. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Our host was easy to communicate with and actually gave us a new barbecue grill while we were there. The pool and hot tub and the whole backyard experience was excellent. We also think the location of Richard‘s house is the best part of Cocoa Beach. Would not hesitate to return.

Yes. The temperature is controlled remotely. You can call/text the owner to request changes to the pool temperature.
There is ample parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
You are right next to the beach. It takes you about a 2 minute walk. Check the photo gallery and you will see a picture of the house just about a 1/2 block from the ocean.
