Davidgreat it was very spacious rooms were big it was like living in 2 houses but connected awesome pool and spa i would recommend to any family or 2 families who wanted to spend a vacation together the description on the web page is exactly what you will find when you arrive. for me the host Richard was very helpful and when i asked a question he answered right away he was great

JoshuaWe staid here for a father and sons fishing trip. The house is plenty big to accommodate a group even larger than ours. The beds were comfortable. The living room was relaxing and the big couch made for a good space to hang out and take in the NHL playoffs.

HaleyHotels just don’t compare! Positive: As native Florida residents, our family enjoys a good staycation from time to time. We decided to take an impromptu trip to Cocoa Beach to do the whole Kennedy space experience, and while browsing for hotels on the beach, I stumbled across this little gem and decided that it was a much better fit for our family. The amount of rooms, 2 kitchens, heated pool and hot tub, along with the privacy you don’t get with a hotel made this a no brainer decision for us. We brought our electric scooters and were able to ride all up and down the strip to the pier, restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores without the hassle of fighting traffic or parking. I really enjoyed having 2 full kitchens, private pool and hot tub, and all of the amenities you could need or want for grilling going to the beach or just chilling poolside. The owner was available for questions but was not overbearing or controlling as some property managers can be. We liked it so much, we ended up cancelling our plans to go on to St Augustine and were able to book a second night with him. Highly recommend this place and we will be returning. Thank you for fantastic memories.

AnnThe house was great, plenty of space for 7 of us. We mostly lived in the main livingroom and out back by the pool. Having a 2nd kitchen was also a nice perk especially having the 2nd full fridge. Outdoor patio and deck around the pool had plenty of furniture and space for us to relax or sit together and visit. We also enjoyed the outdoor table and the grill was frequently used. Pool was nice and warm as was the hot tub.The location is great, you are a about 1/10th of a mile from the beach. Walking to the beach is super easy, you aren't dealing with heavy traffic and there are many access points. Stores and restaurants are close by, easy to walk to but not on top you you. It's a nice quiet residential road.This property would also be great for 2 families vacationing together. It's all one house but you can have some separation if you want including separate kitchens.Richard is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond if needed.

LesThe house was great. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Our host was easy to communicate with and actually gave us a new barbecue grill while we were there. The pool and hot tub and the whole backyard experience was excellent. We also think the location of Richard‘s house is the best part of Cocoa Beach. Would not hesitate to return.

There is ample parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
You are right next to the beach. It takes you about a 2 minute walk. Check the photo gallery and you will see a picture of the house just about a 1/2 block from the ocean.
