We loved our stay at Laura and Bob’s home. There were many details and special amenities that made it an easy stay. The pool and outdoor bath/shower were terrific. The beach was an easy walk. They provided all the items needed for a great beach day! We were lucky enough to be there during a SpaceX rocket launch and it made it an over-the-top Spring Break! We will definitely consider staying at this property again. We had no issues with any of our stay, but if we had, we had confidence that everything would have been taken care of. Very grateful for this get-a-way!

The only dilemma with staying at Summer Rayne is deciding between the beach or the tropical paradise in the backyard. One of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean. Everything worked and they went above and beyond. If there’s something you forgot, they likely had it. We’ll be back.

Laura and Bob’s home was just perfect! The inside was fun with all the decor and extra amenities. This was the best vacation rental we’ve ever had! We especially loved the pool and even our old bunch had great fun playing volleyball. They take great pride in their home with it being spotless and we especially enjoyed the beautiful murals in the backyard and the driveway. We were lucky enough to see two launches from the rooftop deck, which was amazing! Laura and Bob gave us many great suggestions for our trip, and we would definitely stay there again, if in Cocoa Beach!

The designer kitchen; the colorful party atmosphere of “Florida Room”; the cool themed Surf Room and immersive Space Room; luxurious Master Bedroom; then…the deck! Gravity chairs and cooler/tables. Idyllic launch-view location! (We were blessed to see/hear/feel one! WOW!!!) Do you remember the movie, “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid”? The famous recurring line, “Who are those guys?” That’s how we felt about Summer Rayne: Who creates venues and atmospheres like these? Who are those guys? Laura and Bob devised optimum space for maximum efficiency with fun and whimsical themes that provide constant joy and entertainment.

Laura's place was absolutely an amazing place to stay! We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. Laura provided every amenity we could possibly have asked for, including lots of towels, coffee, sweetener, travel size toothbrushes and toothpaste.... We could not believe how they had supplied us! The house is adorable, comfortable and super CLEAN! My family was sad to leave! As a host Laura was super responsive and helpful, even contacting us about the SpaceX launches to make sure we were aware! We have traveled extensively using Air B&B all across the USA and have never had a stay where EVERYTHING was perfect, but this stay was PERFECT!

The best vacation rental we have stayed in. All of our group said it was the best stocked rental they had been in and the little details made Laura's place stand out. The kids loved the heated pool and everyone loved that we could walk yo the beach. Would highly recommend and we'd stay again!

This stay was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we could ask for and more. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were stocked with extra toiletries. We were an easy walk to the beach, but on the day we didn’t feel like going to the beach the heated pool was great to just float around in. Laura was a very responsive host to any of our questions and had great recommendations for us! I would love to stay here again in the future!

This is an incredible beach house with the best host we’ve ever had! The outdoor bathroom, including a full shower, was SO helpful. We were able to get everyone cleaned off with warm water, which kept the house clean and sand-free. The pool was heated super warm for our kids, which was perfect, especially for a late-November trip. This is the most well-stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. It had a ton of toiletries if you forget any, and it’s the first place I’ve stayed where we were there a whole week and never ran out of soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, or laundry detergent. There were a ton of beach towels and bathroom towels. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with almost any spice you’d need! Laura was incredibly proactive about making sure our stay was as comfortable and awesome as possible! She left handwritten notes with tips and tricks, and was very responsive messaging back and forth. We can’t wait to stay here again someday!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. It’s is beautiful, clean and spacious. The location cannot be beat. We stayed there with another family of four and there was plenty of room. The pool was so fun for the kids and the outdoor bathroom was amazing. There were games for the kids and even a cake in the fridge for my husbands birthday. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. We’ve been coming to the area for years and this house was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. You cannot find a nicer or more well positioned place than this one.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. My family had the pleasure of being the first to experience totally renovated bathrooms inside and have access to the wonderful completed outside bathroom. The pool was a great hit for my whole family. This house is very well appointed. Easy access to the beach, just walk down one block! This space is well equipped throughout. The space bedroom was awesome. My grandkids were thrilled. We even watched a space launch on the viewing deck. I highly recommend staying here when you are in or near Cocoa Beach.

We stayed at Summer Rayne for a birthday celebration. I was looking for a place which could accommodate all of us and still had space for individual alone time. We were not disappointed with Laura’s place. We made meals, walked to the beach and relaxed in the pool and still had enough space to be able to have alone time when we wanted. Excellent accommodations. Had everything that we could possibly need and want. The pool/yard was amazing. The house was stocked with everything needed. The kitchen was very easy to cook in. Plenty of space throughout. The gathering spaces were exceptional and very comfortable. The abundance of pool towels and bath towels was wonderful. All things in the house were very nice quality. This property was everything it was advertised to be and more. Every amenity one could think of was in place. Even down to simple things such as an abundance of towels for bath, pool and beach. The spaces were adorably decorated and the beds were very comfortable. I don’t often sleep well away from home and this was the exception. Between the beach and the pool and exploring local restaurants we were busy the whole time. The owners have really put a lot of thought into all of the details to provide the best experience for their guests. We look forward to another stay!

I have only great things to say about this air bnb. Laura was so responsive and helpful from the get go. The house was amazing and the backyard pool was incredible. She had everything we needed from beach/pool toys to sunscreen, toiletries, etc. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Quick walk to the beach and so close to many great restaurants.

I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals and this is by far the best one and the best host I’ve ever dealt with. The house and location are incredible- easy walk to the beach with no roads to cross. House was better than advertised with tons and tons of thoughtful extras / from coffee and toiletries to tons of towels and beach/pool equipment and supplies. Everything you need for a day at the beach or pool. Pool was heated, salt water, and perfect. High end Weber gas grill, ceiling fans, high end appliances, stone countertops, multiple coffee machines, too much to list. Extremely convenient location. 15 minute to Satellite Beach, 15 minutes to Merritt Island/Cape Canaveral. Indian River, Banana River, etc. I have never been more impressed! I had 4 kids ages 10-18 and they could not possibly have had more fun. Thank you Laura!

We loved the house! Laura was super responsive and helpful prior to our arrival and helped make recommendations for us. The house is so cute, they have thought of everything and such wise use of all of the space. The extra amenities that they've added make you feel right at home. Endless amounts of beach towels, coffee, bathrooms had shampoo and soap. Usually you get a small amount to get you started but she's got you taken care of. There were 8 of us for a girls weekend and we had so much fun! Laura - you're a fantastic host!

The backyard oasis was beautiful and it was the perfect place to hangout after a long day at the beach. The house was beautiful. The host is very friendly & has thought of so many little extra amenities. We travel a decent amount & this was definitely the most thoughtful host that we’ve ever rented from (beach equipment, towels, video games, coffee bar, area recommendations & so many more). We were able to see a rocket launch because Laura made us aware of it happening. The backyard was amazing. House is literally a block from the water. We had a great time & would definitely rent this property again.

Our family of eight, spanning three generations, thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful beach house. Laura and Bob thought of every convenience and the home has been recently renovated. Laura was super to work with and always responsive and accommodating. The beach was a short walk away, the pool and deck were ideal for swimming and gathering, and the second deck of the house was perfect for watching a rocket launch. Great fun for everyone! Kennedy Space Center was a 20-minute drive away and worth the visit. We would all highly recommend this rental house to anyone wanting a memorable beach house experience in Cocoa Beach. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️
