Walk on the beach about 1/2 a mile to the infamous Cocoa Beach Pier! Restaurants, shops and a cool beach vibe! So many restaurants to choose from.
Smart/Roku TV’s in all bedrooms, family room & game room. The space bedroom was a cosmos ceiling you won’t believe, turn on the star light and night for more coolness or go star gazing with the telescope. This room is a twin over queen bunk bed.
Surf room with local surf art from the community. Door to upstairs patio in this room and the primary bedroom. The surf room has a queen over full trundle bed. The primary room is simply elegant and oh that King size bed is so amazing and comfy. You will sleep so well and can hear the waves crash at night. We watched Artemis I launch from the upstairs patio, wow!
Great location, fifteen minutes to Kennedy Space Center, 40 minutes from Orlando airport, 45 minutes to Disney attractions. A great place to chill after exploring this amazing little slice of the earth. Rent boats or jet skis, charter fishing is a great day, take surf lessons or grab the gear from the house and enjoy the sunrises and sets, its gorgeous!

We love this location as it is East of Ridgeway (you want this), no need to cross busy streets to get to the beach. At the north end of Cocoa beach in a chill neighborhood, yet you are a couple miles from the downtown area. Knowing we could renovate and add a pool was key in our decision-making. You can hear the waves crash while having coffee poolside in the morning.
The character of the home made it easy to renovate with the beach traveler in mind. Plenty of room for outside and inside fun. Adding the game room with PlayStation 5 and 2 arcade games made it fun for kids of all ages.
The whimsical themed rooms with plenty of space makes this the perfect home away from home.
Why Kids Love It
At the beach in minutes! Fenced in pool for private family fun. Games, toys and books for the kids. Games are "kid" height for the little ones and gaming chairs for the "older" kids. Gaming chairs make for a great office chair too.
One guest stated that their 4-year old daughter woke up from the space room and told her Daddy, "I want to be an astronaut!" We've heard kids squeal when the doors open.
Parents feel safe letting the little ones roam about and allowing the older ones to go to the beach.
Disney, Sea World and all the attractions only 45 minutes away. Return to the bliss of the pool that lights up at night.

This was our second time booking with Laura. The location to the beach was just what we wanted. Around the corner and they supplied everything needed down to the shampoo. I appreciated having all beach supplies available and not having to haul them in our car for the journey. We loved the pool with the outdoor shower was fantastic! So convenient. We love staying there. Also very convenient short drive to the grocery store, gas station and places to eat. We absolutely will be renting from Laura again

Once again, this place and hosts knocked it out of the park! Perfect location, great house with ample room for everyone. Quick walk to the beach! This was our 2nd year staying here with 3 mom's and 4 teenage boys. The place was fully stocked with everything thing we needed to make ourselves at home. Lots of things for the boys to do outside! They kept themselves busy and us moms got to relax and enjoy our vacation. We will continue to make this a place we frequently visit over the years. Thanks Bob and Laura!

This is our second time staying in paradise and let me be honest we reserved our booking for next summer already. From the moment you step into the beautifully appointed summer rayne beach home you are transported to a stress free stay with out a care in the world. Every detail, the ample spaces, the salt water pool, outdoor bathroom, ocean toys like surf boards, bocce ball, chairs…you name it they have thought of it. Can’t wait until our next visit, started the countdown already….laura & bob you guys are the best!!!!

This beach home was an amazing find. There’s so many personal touches throughout the home that make it feel like I was thought of directly. We had groceries delivered and everything we needed to prepare food is ready to use in the kitchen! Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach restaurants are so close for days we want to eat out. Restaurants and family activities to enjoy nearby. Mini golf, go carting, live music at beachfront bars, and much more if you choose besides your own resort like pool in the private backyard. Of course pool toys and outdoor games are available for us too! It’s a very short walk to either of the beach accesses, 2 minutes to set up your spot on the sand with all the beach gear provided, including coolers with ice and ice packs, chairs, umbrellas, so many beach towels, toys for the kids, and the wagon to haul it all! The themed rooms were amazing. The kids enjoyed the space room with the mural on the ceiling. The surf room is just as comfy as the master bedroom, both with doors to the upstairs balcony that had a view of a rocket launch that I could only imagine before visiting. It also makes a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and just listen to the waves. The screened in room was so comfortable to sit and chat at night with a beer or just sitting alone to listen to the waves late at night. The bathrooms were so cute, with every amenity you might forget. The kids loved the outdoor bathroom and loved to take their showers there after the beach and every other time! I look forward to visiting Summer Rayne again!
