Unit 615

Unit 615 was all that we had hoped for and more. The unit is well appointed and very clean. While this is an Oceanside unit the view was very nice. The heated saltwater pool was incredible and an added bonus. We would gladly rent thus unit again and highly recommend it to others.

Best condo we have ever stayed in.

We loved the location & the condo. We didn’t have to bring a thing but our clothes. Everything was supplied, from the kitchen, the linens, shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers in both bathrooms, etc. etc. etc. The location was perfect. Our side balcony faced South so we could sit there anytime of the day and be shaded from the sun. An added bonus are the rocket launches just North of us at Cape Canaveral. We saw 5 of them during our stay. They were spectacular. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool was great also.

Nice and roomy condo

Great place to stay, only a few steps to the beach. We watched two space launches, visited NASA visitors centre and the American Space Museum in Titusville (highly recommendable if you are interested in space, you can see the real stuff and meet the people who made things fly). Airboat tour: impressive. Catholic church with daily mass and adoration close by, if you are spiritually interested. We had a great time there.

Amazing place for the family

We just got back from unit 615 and it was amazing. You can truly just show up with your clothes and everything you need is there. The kitchen was stocked and everything you need for the beach was there.The pictures of the view from the balcony don’t do it justice. The view of the ocean was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there sitting and relaxing.The unit was very clean and comfortable. The entire building and grounds was clean and well kept. The pool was great and and beach access was a very short walk.We were able to be there for the “thunder on cocoa beach” which was and offshore boat race right in front of the condo with a lot of boats and chase helicopters. On the same day we were suprised by a 6 pm rocket launch from the space center that we watched perfectly while swimming in the ocean.Keith was a great host and was always easy to get a hold of. We actually wanted to stay another night and were able to book last minute with Keith.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location

Perfect condo for a nice relaxing week visiting with friends. Access to the beach is very easy. Location is good for restaurants to visit. As well as having grocery stores close by, so we could make use of the well supplied kitchen.. Met up with friends, and the condo gave us plenty of room. Enjoyed the balcony as you could see the ocean, but take a break from the sun. Keith was great to deal with for information in the booking process. Was kind of him to make sure we made our way into the condo with a text. Would enjoy going back in the future.

Condo at cocoa Beach

We recently stayed here and found everything to be beyond our expectations, keith was great to work with and answered all questions quickly, although we didn't get to see the Artemis launch ,having our stay here made the trip well worth it, I may not ever get the chance to go again but would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay. Great condo, we can't wait to return!

Our family of 5 had an awesome week at Sandcastles 615!! The condo is large, very clean and well equipped with everything you may need for a fun and relaxing week enjoying all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. The kitchen is well stocked and makes cooking meals super easy. We also loved having the in-unit washer and dryer. The complex is very clean and well maintained and you cannot beat the location!! Right on the beach and super close to many great restaurants and shopping. This was our 5th year to vacation in Cocoa Beach but first at unit 615 and we hope to be back!! The entire family loved it!! Thank you!!

Wonderful condo!

We had an awesome week in 615. It was large, clean and fully stocked with dishes, towels, everything you need for the beach and all the necessities like salt, pepper, toilet paper, and laundry and dish soap too! The complex is close to he ocean and we walked to dinner most every night. Parking is easy and the pool had a different crowd most every hour so if it was busy at one time it would usually quiet down just a short time later. We loved our trip and plan to return. The ocean is so wavy ALL the time so it was great to boogie board and our son loved his surf lesson too!

Nice 2 BR Condo in Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our two week stay here -- the bedroom had a king bed a plus -- only steps to the beach -- washer and dryer -- kitchen stocked with pots and pans -- Keith the manager was always helpful and easy to work with -- A good unit

Condo was very well equipped and very clean. The balcony was a big plus and had adequate seating to eat outside. Laundry facilities were wonderful. Keith was a big asset to readily answer any questions that arose. We had a very enjoyable month.

Wonderful Condo

We loved this space it was so nice and clean and roomy. We weren’t tripping over each other and there was two bathrooms and we did not have to deal with the elevators. We had an awesome trip

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time a 615 Sandcastles! The condo has everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and toys, 1 king and 2 queen beds; we even found a clothes drying rack on the closet. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Keith was great to work with and checked on us when arrived.We highly recommend this condo and would love to come back.

EXCELLENT CONDO !

This condo was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities a guest could ask for. You could tell the owner had spent a lot of money on upgrades. It's in a great location: very nice swimming pool and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Me and my family would definitely stay here again!

Sandcastles 315

A great condo on the beach with beautiful ocean view from balcony. All the basics were there for beach, cooking, and sleeping. Quiet condominium with comfortable beds and plenty of space with washer and dryer. You will enjoy your stay. This condo has full-size bunk beds in second bedroom so it's perfect if you have kids, my teenager enjoyed it. Kitchen needs cooking updates (cookie sheet, a decent set of steak knives/cooking knives, ice cream scoop, beach chairs need updating) but otherwise, everything was pleasant! A relaxing and peaceful vacay!

Paradise!!

We booked this condo when they had a last minute opening and we decided to take a trip last minute. It was everything we were looking for, at 1st we wanted an oceanfront unit but booked this side view which we were very happy with. We had a perfect side view of the ocean sitting on the balcony. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation and was a nice large, clean condo. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool/hot tub. Everyone was really nice and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!! We will return in the future!

Sandcastles 614 vacation at its best!

We actually ended up staying in Condo #614 after inquiring about #615 due to it already being rented. From the start the experience was smooth and easy. It was my families first time staying in a condo and we were reserved about it, but would definitely stay at Sandcastles again. The condo was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I saw the sunrise every morning of our stay. It was a family friendly vacation with a little something for everyone.
