About the owner: I found my perfect family getaway on Cocoa Beach in the Sandcastles Complex which is "truly" directly on the Beach! Added Bonus is our Space Center that everyone should experience! It's all too perfect not to share. I find it rewarding to help other families make joyful and memorable vacations!
Why this property? Unique Direct Ocean Front 3/2. This unit could be called the “Penthouse” of the Sandcastles Complex. The south building with the southeast view has the best exposure in all of Sandcastles. I feel very fortunate to be the owner of this property and I would like to share the experience this unit has to offer, its truly a beautiful unit!

As close to perfect as possible
Fantastic 3 bed, two bath condo ocean direct, top floor. The best condo we have ever rented in Cocoa Beach This top floor unit faces east and south, with three sets of patio doors in the living room with perfect ocean views. Master bedroom has walk-in closet, a full bathroom and a door to the wrap-around balcony. Extremely well furnished with everything needed for a great vacation. Bedrooms two and three are great size and all bedrooms have TV, cable and comfortable beds There is nothing lacking in this condo, and the complex is safe with plenty of open parking, a heated pool, a hot tub, tennis court, as well as a small sauna and bathrooms on the first floor near the pool for owner/renter use. We stayed in 711 for a month and we hope to return to this unit in the future. The owner is very responsive and detailed instructions are provided for check-in, check-out and any other issue that may arise.

We stayed at Jill's condo at Sandcastles on the 7th floor this fall. It was a wonderful condo. The veiw on the balcony was breath taking. We will definitely be back. Super clean and right on the beach! Thanks for the awesome experience!

Excellent family vacation!
We booked a 3 bedroom villa/condo on the top floor of Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. The unit was beautifully decorated with all amenities we could ask for. Full kitchen with great appliances, cookware, etc. The unit offered ideal location and ideal views. Full wrap-around ocean facing outdoor patio with outdoor grill and furniture. Convenient access to pool and ocean. The complex is centrally located to a variety of fun restaurants and just minutes from the market. I would certainly visit this unit again!
