Relax and unwind in this beautiful newly renovated condo. Sitting on the top floor of the building, the views from the DIRECT OCEAN FRONT balcony are simply breathtaking!! Views from both the front and back of the unit. Standing in the kitchen, you can watch the waves crash on the beach, or turn around and look out at the Banana River! Begin your vacation by choosing one of many parking spots right outside the front doors to the building. Ride the elevator up to the top floor and enjoy the 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom space that has been renovated top to bottom!
Each bedroom is it's own suite with the bedroom and bathroom that can be closed off to the main living area! The master bedroom has a King size bed, 8ft sliders that look out DIRECTLY to the ocean! The master also has a huge walk in closet, and ensuite bath with walk in shower, and double vanity.
The second bedroom has two Twin beds, that can also be pushed together to convert to one King bed if desired! Conversion Kit and Extra Bedding Supplied!
The kitchen has everything you need for your month long (or longer!) stay including stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, large fridge with water and ice options on the door, Large pantry to store food, and fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay!
Large Smart TV's in both the living room and master bedroom that allows you to watch your favorite show on Netflix/You Tube/ Prime etc.. or just tune into the numerous cable channels available!
The Property has a heated pool, sauna, gas BBQ area, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts and Private Beach Access!
Enjoy being just minutes from Publix, Walmart, ABC, Ron John's, Restaurants and more!
Wanting to hop on a cruise? Or watch a rocket launch? Port Canaveral is less than 10 minutes away, so be sure to google the cruise ship schedule to watch them leave from the port right from your balcony!

About the owner: As Canadians we were always looking for the warmer air to vacation in! We started coming to Cocoa Beach to vacation over 10 years ago, and fell in love with the area. We decided to buy a rental property in 2017 and loved every minute of sharing our place with guests! Although we loved our last place, we were looking for somewhere with direct ocean views and closer to all the shops, and restaurants. We fell in love with this new place and can't wait to share it with our guests!
Why this property? This neighborhood is so close to everything! There is a Publix right across the street! Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away, with a lot you can walk to if you desire! The building is immaculate and quiet, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings! We love that the building is set back from the noise of A1A, right next to the beach, and there is private access to the beach right from the pool area!

Amazing location, the beach is in the backyard. Great pool and friendly people all around. The condo was perfect and contained everything we needed. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to rent this place again in the future. Thank you Mandy (the owner), we had an amazing vacation!

My family stayed here in March 2024 and had an amazing vacation. The condo being completely renovated with comfy beds and sofa was perfect. The view can’t be beat on the balcony either. We managed to see a rocket launch from the beach directly infront of the building which was a hit for my kids. The exterior of the building was always spotless, pool clean and grounds well taken care of.The location of the building is walking distance to the main Cocoa Beach area if you want. The beach area was clean and you can walk for miles. I went for morning runs on the beach and it was amazing to watch the dolphins jumping as I ran along.Highly recommend staying here. I look forward to the next time we go!

Highly recommend this condo which is located right on the beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves and wake up to the amazing Atlantic sunrise. This condo is immaculate with plenty of space to share with family or friends. There is also a great pool on site. Restaurants, shopping and groceries are all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

We've just returned from this condo and have already booked to go back. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and Costco. The grounds are very well kept and clean. Plenty of chairs and loungers around the pool and the sauna was a bonus. The top floor unit is clean and fresh. Great sized kitchen with all the items you need. The beds are comfortable and the closets are big. Always a bonus having laundry in unit as well as linens, towels and beach towels. The views on the balcony are amazing. The beach never felt crowded and has a gradual shallow walk out. Mandy is a great host and very responsive. We can't wait to go back!

Alicia D.Best Condo Stay on the Beach
My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful condo on the beach and highly recommend it. The grounds of the building are beautifully maintained, condo itself was very clean and stylishly decorated. Loved having a comfortable king bed to sleep in! Very convenient to go grocery shopping, dinner out and some fun shopping. Mandy was so lovely to talk with, made the whole process easy, and took the time to answer our questions. One of the highlights of our stay was watching dolphins swim and play in the ocean right from the balcony! If you’re looking for a ‘home away from home’ place to stay this is definitely it.
