Our Direct ocean front corner unit at the Sandcastles is decor in a Key West look and is located in Famous Beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. Our Vacation Condominium is nestled on the oceanfront. We offer you a very Clean, Smoke-Free, Attractive Unit for your stay with free high speed internet. From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of White Sand and Warm Water for Swimming, Sunbathing, Surfing, Wake Boarding, and much more.
Our Smoke-Free Condo has a Key West style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes new Tile Floors ,Cabinets & Granite Counter tops throughout, New Lighting fixtures . This 4th floor condo offers one of the best Direct Corner Atlantic Ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. You can enjoy a Margarita on the balcony while taking in a Awesome Ocean View.
Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and a Pac N Play for the little one. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, Unlimited Phone Access to U.S. & Canada, Cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD/VCR & Stereo in the living area.
No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - beach chairs, blender, dishes, ironing board w / iron, blow dryer, full size washer & dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a In-Unit Electronic Safe.

For Holidays and special events please call for rates and number of nights I can rent for. Please note that best rates are from Sat. to Sat.
If you need to cancel I would do my best to re-rent the condo and give you your money back minus a $100.00 fee, if I can't re-rent the condo you would not receive a refund. Please look into vacation rental insurance to cover your trip.

I wish I had more than 5 stars to rate this condo. We stayed in unit 410 with our 3 kids. The condo exceeded all expectations we had based on the pictures. The condo was very clean and well stocked with every single thing we needed. The view was amazing with easy access to the beach. The only thing we wished we had was more time spend in Florida in this beautiful condo. Keith was so easy to work with through out the process. He was quick to respond to any questions and made sure everything met our needs. We have already recommended this condo to friends and family. We will be back!

We stayed 12 nights in a large 3-bdrm unit on the 6th floor (same owners), with huge balcony and gorgeous oceanfront view. The place was very clean, well equipped for cooking (we even used the slow cooker for pulled pork) with updated appliances. The layout was great, bedrooms a good size and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us near friends living a few complexes down the beach and close to downtown Cocoa Beach, only a short 3-4 min drive, as well as Publix. We walked to Ron Jon which was a little over a mile so not close but doable if you are looking to get some exercise or take a long stroll. The parking, pool and beach access were all convenient. Garbage disposal was a little inconvenient since the chutes were at the far end of the west side of the building and the dumpsters for larger garbage at the west end of the parking lot. By no means a dealbreaker. We really enjoyed the stay, highly recommend the owner and complex, and will be returning!

Great ocean view from the balcony of this attractively decorated condo! Sound of the ocean can be heard from the balcony as well. Easy beach accessibility! Condo maintained well and the owner, Keith, is easy to work with! Keith responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. . .does a great job of communicating! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and plan to return sometime in the future. Would recommend this condo and location if you are looking for a relaxing, beach experience!
