Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with direct access to Anna Maria Canal and private heated pool overlooking the water. Take a kayak ride right off your private dock area or cast a fishing pole and catch dinner. This home has lots of space and is ready for you to come enjoy all of what the island has to offer.
The home has an open floor plan and it is about 1,700 sq ft. My favorite spot of the house is the private outdoor shower with hot/cold water which is ideal to rinse off after spending your day enjoying the beach/pool. Additionally, the sliding glass door leads to the screened lanai area and outdoor patio where you will find a beautiful heated pool overlooking the water, outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area complete with oversized umbrella, gas grill, lounge chairs, etc.
Area Information
You can easily travel across the island on the free trolley, which has many stops around the island. There are also many places that offer bikes and golf carts for rent in the island. There are many restaurants, small shops and a Publix supermarket all within 10 min max driving time and reachable by bikes and golf carts. You will also find a beach cart to transport beach essentials to and from the beach.

My sister, brother-in-law, and I just returned from 2 delightful months staying in this lovely home. Gustavo was a wonderful host and has thought of everything.
