This vacation home offers a huge heated pool with spa, rock water slide and grotto waterfall. Covered outdoor entertaining area with outdoor TV and lounges next to the mini putt-putt and propane grill all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping for your privacy.
Well decorated and updated, this home has an open main level leading to a third level deck boasting breathtaking views of the tropical pool area and beautiful Anna Maria Island! You'll find the garage well stocked with a second refrigerator, beach chairs, umbrellas & pool toys for your use, as well as, bicycles to tour the island!
This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 14 with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof. Ideal for multiple families to share. Three bedrooms on the main floor all with en suite bathrooms; three bedrooms on the second floor with one featuring en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms have access to the full hall bathroom across from the laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. Travelling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! Which is great news because you'll only have about a minute walk each way. Too many luxury amenities to list them all. High speed WiFi, cable, and streaming TV’s. Take the worry out of packing your own sheets and beach towels knowing that when you arrive to your dream vacation rental, high quality bedding, bath towels, wash clothes and beach towels await for your stay. The cancellation policy is as follows: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation date plus 100% of taxes/fees. Remaining amount is due on or before sixty days of arrival date. Email reminders will be sent out 1-2 weeks before remaining amount is due.

Beach house was so nice, clean and beautiful. We had plenty of room for our party of eleven. Very short walk to the beach. Loved the pool area. Would stay at Oceanview again. Weldon checked on us and made us feel at home.

We had a lot of criteria for our vacation home. Four Kings Size Beds minimum as most rentals have maybe 1 king and the balance queens or smaller, At least 4 bathrooms. Heated pool and hot tub and close to the beach. This house checked all the boxes and more. It was and had everything the listing listed and our host was available by text to answer questions about TV and Pool operation. The gathering area and large LED by the pool was great. If we are to rent on Anna Maria Island in the future we would definitely return to this lovely home.

We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The house was exceptional! It checked all the buckets of what we needed for a family of all ages. Our family consists of our 83-year-old Grandma Great, 6 other adults, and 5 littles with ages 3-7 years old. Highly recommend this home! We will be back.

Perfect house for large groups. We had 10 adults and still had room available. Bedrooms had TV's and 4 of 5 with ensuite bathroom. Dining and common areas are great. Pool includes heated hot tub. Very short walk to beautiful Holmes Beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance or short golf cart ride. The owners are great and quick to address any questions. Already counting the days to next year.

Weldon & family again were gracious hosts this year! This is our second year staying @ , all bedrooms have tvs & comfy beds as well as bathrooms. The kitchen is perfection for our family with young kids where we have eaten 2 meals/day on average. The toughest choice for the day was pool or beach and in what order ha! The kids favorite is the backyard pool and hot tub, even the grandmas got in on the water slide action this year. This is our 7th year coming to Anna Maria, it is a very special place to us and weldon & sams house has been the best place we’ve stayed.. We hope to come back again next year. We just returned from a one-week stay at Oceanview and all expectations were happily exceeded. We were a family of 11 spanning several generations - all adults and adult children and one baby. The house had every amenity listed and we were extremely comfortable with our stay. It was also very clean and fully stocked with a fantastic array of kitchen and beach supplies in good condition.The location is in a prime spot on a quiet street and a close walk to the beach. The gorgeous pool area was nicely shaded and lots of fun. The garage had a wide variety of rafts, a tent, a wagon, bikes, and beach chairs. We would love to come back again to this home.

I arranged for rental of this property for an 80th birthday celebration/reunion for my husband and several friends (and spouses) who go back as early as grade school. This place was PERFECT! Only a very short walk to the beach. And it's only a couple of houses up the street to the corner stop for the Free Island Trolley, making it very handy for touring the area. The bedrooms were spread out and allowed for privacy of all those attending. With new mattresses that were only 4-1/2 months old, every bed was very comfortable! There are lots of items needed for cooking meals. Even some items never expected, including a small First Aid Kit in a bathroom drawer and a printer in a bedroom cabinet that allowed for printing of airline boarding passes. The back yard outdoor entertaining area was amazing...pool, hot tub, putting green, gas grill & lots of sitting & eating spaces. The owner, Buck, was great! He came over to help us with a couple of minor issues & what a pleasant visit it was!! All 9 of us are hoping to be able to make it back down to stay at this house once again!!

My family of 11 stayed at this beautiful home for 7 days. We had five kids ranging from 5yr-12yr and I will say the pool was the biggest hit! The entire home was very spacious and even with our large group we never felt crowded. The home is located just down the street from the beach and a quick golf cart (we rented) trip around to nearby restaurants and bars. Great home in a great location!

We had the greatest time with my whole family. My grandkids loved the beautiful pool with the water slide and the huge patio on the 1st floor had everything we needed to spend endless hours as a family. The beach was just a walking distance and it had clean white sand and turquoise waters., just beautiful!. We were provided with bicycles that we used all around the island going to different local shops. We were in touch with the administrator all the time and we felt that they really cared for our comfort. We will definitely come back again.. !!

5-STARS!! We found everything as described. Check-in & out was was super simple… just enter the door code. House was freshly cleaned, furniture was nice. No bathtubs, just showers in all the bathrooms. Good sized covered area in the back with TV and furniture. Big pool with a slide and waterfall. Lots of landscaping around the pool, couldn’t see the neighbors. We did a couple loads of laundry, nice to find they had full sized machines and not those tiny stacked units. The fridge in the garage was a bonus find, didn’t know that was going to be there. We liked the place, hope to get back down there next year!

Perfect vacation house for our large family! Big pool, kids loved the water slide and waterfall. Pool is heated so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors despite the cooler weather. Walk to the beach was closer than we anticipated, just four houses down from the beach access. 65th Street has it's own trolley stop at the beach access, so getting up and down the island was a breeze. Overall, very happy with our week in the house, we come to the island frequently and like this location.
