Welcome to Bradenton Beach Club #246! Here is a great opportunity to enjoy an updated condo featuring 2 bedrooms plus a bunk room and 2 full baths. Bradenton beach club is a great Beach to Bay complex offering many amenities such as private beach Access and a boardwalk that takes you out to the bay. This Community offers a community pool and spa.
The condo has an open concept floor plan that features granite counters, in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in shower and dual sinks in the master bath, and a bunk room currently being used as a third sleeping space which offers a Twin over Queen bedding. This is an end-unit condo on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs or elevator. As an end-unit, you get the benefit of extra windows and the light they provide as well as expanded views and breezes from the large lanai. This property is tastefully decorated with colors and style designed to help you relax. Two parking passes are provided, the island is very walkable. Quiet location but close to the free trolley, shopping, restaurants, and some of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Walk to the boardwalk in the early morning and enjoy your coffee while watching dolphins. Later in the day walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. As always we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high speed wireless internet. Kick back, relax and turn on one of the flat screen TVs to catch that must see sports game or your favorite movie.

*A Starting Amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Shampoo, Bath Soaps, Snacks and Coffee are provided. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
*This home has a 4 night minumum stay requirement*
*There is a shared elevator for the condo building*

*2 Parking Passes are included, There is a designated spot for the unit in the garage and you can park in any available spaces outside the garage. Make sure your parking pass is displayed on the dashboard when parking anywhere on Bradenton Beach Club Property.*
