The free Island trolley will take you from Coquina Beach on the south end to Pine Ave on the north end of AMI. "Katmandu” is centrally located in Holmes Beach putting you right in the heart of island living. Walk to beaches, boutique shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. Beach vacations were never this fun and easy as when you stay at “Katmandu”.

-Relax by the heated pool under the shade of the covered lounge area while dinner cooks on the propane outdoor grill.

2nd Floor (Main level):

-Newly remolded kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath with laundry

-Ensuite bedroom with King bed, dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower

3rd Floor (Upper level):

-Den with queen sleeper sofa and tv

-2nd master suite with king bed, single sink and tub/shower combo

-Two separate queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath with a Walk-in shower

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores. *

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
