Welcome to “Mary’s Place” a ground level beach house offering a fantastic location on the north end of beautiful Anna Maria Island. This eclectic and well-appointed home offers a laid-back vacation vibe reminiscent of old Anna Maria.

This 3 Bed / 2 Bath ranch style house can be best described as sweet, eclectic and cozy. “Mary’s Place” is just steps from the fun on Pine Ave (right by Pizza Social, North Shore Cafe, etc.) and about a five minute walk to the beautiful Gulf Beaches.

As you enter “Mary’s Place,” you’ll immediate notice the great flow and connection between the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room is bright and airy, offering seating for eight. Sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen tv to watch that must see sporting event or movie. Just off the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that seats four, providing a great place to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. Beyond the kitchen, you will enter into the dining room, which has a wall of glass windows overlooking the nature lovers backyard and the mangroves directly on “Lake Marsha." The dining room seats eight, plus provides another TV area.

“Mary’s Place” offers a split plan bedroom design. Just off the living room are two good sized bedrooms with great natural light, each offering a king-sized bed. Located in between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a tub / shower combo. The 3rd bedroom is just off the kitchen (split from the other two bedrooms) and contains its own bathroom, making it a great private ensuite bedroom. When you enter the ensuite, you first enter into the bathroom area, and from there you will enter into the bedroom. Please note the ensuite bathroom is small and offers a shower and an enclosed toilet with sink. The ensuite bedroom itself is quite large and offers a king bed. The ensuite also has a private entrance onto the covered patio area, furnished with several seating options, providing a terrific shaded outdoor space to read a book or just enjoy the day.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are also two twin roll away beds that can be used in the king bedrooms as needed. With these additional sleeping options, the house easily accommodates the 8 guests that are allowed.

The private backyard is sure to please the nature enthusiast, located directly on Lake Marsha. Enjoy fishing, kayaking (kayaks not provided) or just sit and relax by the wood burning firepit in one of the lounge chairs – what could be better from a fun old Florida beach house.

Leave your car parked, four parking spaces are provided. You are also only a very short walk away from one of our Island free Trolley Stops that will take you all around the Island so you can explore with ease.

Also available if requested while supplies last toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
