Mary’s Place is located in the beautiful city of Anna Maria, just 2 houses from the bustling shops and exquisite dining on Pine Ave and about a five-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Mary’s Place sits on a large private property directly on Lake Marsha. Launch your kayaks directly from your backyard on Lake Marsha and enjoy fishing and kayaking on this saltwater lake (kayaks not provided).

Mary’s Place is charming beach house, lovingly restored, offering a laid-back vacation vibe reminiscent of old Anna Maria. The house has a great flow and connection between the bright and airy living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, providing a great place to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. The large lanai offers another comfortable place to relax and entertain guests.

Mary’s Place is a ground level home offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with king size bed offers a brand new ensuite bathroom with Kohler fixtures, quartz vanity and custom tile. The 2nd bedroom with king size bed is next to a charming hallway bathroom which has a shower/tub combination. The 3rd bedroom with king size bed is an ensuite on the other side of the house with a small bathroom and separate shower. This 3rd bedroom also has direct access to the lanai and front porch. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The dining room has a wall of glass windows overlooking the back yard and mangroves along Lake Marsha.

Four parking spaces are provided on the driveway. You are also only a very short walk from a free Island Trolley Stop that will take you all around the Island so you can explore with ease.
