This affordable & convenient 3 story home is one house off Holmes Beach. It has fantastic 2nd & 3rd level balcony beach views with no obstruction over the one story house in front of mine with no trees. The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa with 2 car garage accommodates 8 guests and is 150 feet from the pristine white sandy beaches with easy access. It has a 16 x 36 ft heated pool shared with identical rental house next door. The unit is fully furnished in tropical decor and has all the luxuries of home for a stress free vacation. Enjoy large pool in backyard or a minute walk from front door to the beach at dead end of 47th Street. Enjoy the beach there or walk south only quarter mile for all the activity at Public Beach & Cafe on The Beach.
The villa's main features are pool and deck areas on both the second and third levels. The front offers a screened deck area off the living room for enjoying a late afternoon snack or sunset meal. The back deck off the dining room overlooking the pool leads to the lower pool area and lush tropical surroundings. The third level with the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms has a balcony off the master bedroom that faces the beach.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite with bathroom, walk-in closet , and balcony. The second guest room overlooks the pool and offers a queen size bed. The final guest room overlooks pool & has two twin beds. The second full bath is shared by these 2 bedrooms. This unit also features a queen sleeper sofa on second level in the living room. Optional identical rental house next door for additional 8 guests.
The dining room, kitchen and living room areas are an open floor plan on second level allowing easy conversation and entertaining. Home is within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the Island, should you decide to travel “ISLAND STYLE”. The trolley stops southbound at 48th St & Gulf Dr with the northbound at 45th.
Security deposit of $500 on booking & rental payments 30 days prior to your arrival. Both are accepted in form of personal checks or major credit cards.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
There is a $500 security deposit at booking to secure reservation that is refundable provided no property damage or excessive cleaning required on your departure. It is 100% refunded if canceled at least 60 days beforel arrival date or 50% refunded if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Refunds less than 30 days dependent on ability to get dates rented again.

About the owner: Vacationed on Anna Maria Island in 2008, loved the relaxing atmosphere and charm of the area. Decided to buy this vacation home and have shared it with thousands of guests since July, 2008. I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and come over to my vacation home as often as possible.
I grew up in western Kentucky near Bowling Green. I was drafted in 1971 and spent 2 years in the Army. I graduated with chemical engineering degree in December 1974 from University of Kentucky that moved me to Louisiana in January 1975. I have been in Baton Rouge all but first 3 years in Lake Charles. I was married and have 4 children that attended Baton Rouge schools and graduated from Louisiana State University as Tiger fans.
Why this property? The old real estate saying, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. In addition to that, the home had such a warm comfortable feeling that you felt relaxed immediately and ready to enjoy that island vacation atmosphere. The convenience of it on the island and surrounding area made it great to stay a week or quickly feel “at home” for a much longer stay. The atmosphere of island is very laid back, relax you are on vacation!!!

The location was awesome, we were only one block from the beach! We kept our loaded wagon in the garage and were ready to go each morning. The house was roomy and bright; with 3 decks there was lots of outdoor space. The best part was how nice the owner, David was; he was always available, a phone call away! Nice big pool. All in all I would give this rental a 4 only because it needed some minor updates. Having said that I would stay there again.

Quiet Beach View Location
This house is all about the location!! It's a Great location, 2 houses from the beach on a dead-end road. This home has 2 decks facing the beach for you to sit out and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! It's a very spacious 3 bedroom home with all the amenities you'd want or need! When you want a quick bite to eat, It's location is a short walk down the beach to a local outside grille area where they have nightly entertainment. We appreciated being able to communicate directly with the owner! David was very attentive to meeting our needs. I love dealing with the owners vs. The management companies. It's more personal. What a perfect spot on AMI!
No traffic, no noise and right across from the beach! From the pool to the kitchen, we didn't have to look far to have all our needs met. The landlord, David, is a phone call away and very prompt to respond if you have a question. More than enough room for everyone - even a balcony tucked away when you need some alone time!

Location, space and value!
The owner of this beach home was top notch! Great to communicate with, and flexible! We typically stay on the North end of the beach, this was our first time at Homes. Very close to Publix and Dollar Tree for things we needed. The beach was so close and allowed our group of 6 to come and go for lunch, pool breaks, etc. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Public Beach/Beach Cafe to grab a cocktail, a bite to eat and listen to live music. They also had sand volley ball courts. Huge garage with an extra fridge that was handy for our drinks. Plenty of space for us to all spread out. Loved the different balconies and the views. The inside is a bit dated, and the linens/bedding/pillows could be updated as well but for the value, location, and marvelous owner, can't really complain. Would definitely stay here again! Great time in August
This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. As always we had a great time and no rain. House was very clean and no issues. The owner has a list of expectations which is great. The owner is available if you need anything and makes contact with you during the week to confirm no issues. Love the location, close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Convenient location and comfortable home
This was our second time renting this house, and also once rented the next store house. Nice beach houses, easy walk to beach, plenty of room, comfortable abodes. David was very responsive, amiable, and quick to resolve an issue that we had. He has always been very accomodating and easy to work with. Easy access to PUBLIX Grocery store is a plus as well. Plenty of towels and nice washer/dryer. House was very clean upon arrival. We hope to rent from David again next August. Always a pleasant experience.

The house was just as listed. The owner was very kind and responsive to any question or concern. The guidelines and expectations were clearly written and easy to follow.They proximity to the beach was very convenient and a beautiful access walk to the beach. It is a fairly calm road with little traffic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was clean and stocked with essentials. We liked the different floors for living space and bedroom spaces. The pool was a nice addition (even though in July the water was quite warm).We look forward to coming back again and again!

Review of an Excellent Rental
The house is in a great location and is well equipped. Beach is only a few minutes away. The free trolley, which serves the entire island, is about a 5 minute walk.Supermarket and drug stores are nearby. We plan to stay here again.

Holmes Beach Happy Place!!
Spacious, clean and comfortable house with all the amenities for a get-a-way beach vacation! The house has a lovely heated pool, multiple decks, fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy. It has a fabulous location on the island with a 2 minute walk to beach on a quiet street that dead ends to beach. There is easy walkable access to shopping and restaurants and a free trolley for transportation throughout Anna Maria island. We enjoyed wonderful walks on the white sandy beach from dawn to sunset. Would love to revisit!!

Great week at Anna Maria Island.
This house was very warm and most accommodating for a family or a group of 8 friends. The heated pool was very inviting,clean and well kept and a very warm temperature of 85. The patio around the pool had all the comforts of home with a gas grill and plenty of chairs around the table and plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is only a short walk of 150 ft with easy access from 47th street which dead ends to the beach giving easy access to the beach. The white powdery sand was inviting and wonderful walking on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful on Anna Maria. It was lovely having a huge garage to keep the car out of the sun.
