Welcome to the “Blue Pearl” one of our newest properties at Salty Mermaid Vacation Rentals. BIG NEWS: a brand new, full sized pool and spa was installed this fall and is ready for your use. This gorgeous beach house offers all the charm and comfort you will come to expect from staying at one of our vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island.

Leave your car parked (3 spots provided) – the town is very walkable, and our island’s free trolley is only a few flip flop steps away. This 4-bedroom 2 bath beach house offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation does not skip a beat.

From the moment you walk into this charming spacious beach house your eyes will be drawn to the open plan great room offering vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar and large dining room table with seating for 6. On the ground floor just off the great room you will find 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom there is also a private patio off the great room which is great for morning coffee or a quiet escape from the kids. The master bedroom is just up the spiral staircase where you will find an ensuite master bathroom. In the back of the home you have access to the brand new Pool and Spa. Spend your evening relaxing in your own private oasis, your family will enjoy get-togethers out here where you will find a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, shed with beach supplies, lounge chairs, dining table with 4 chairs and quick access to the gulf through the back gate to the alleyway.

The location is just as great as the home. You are a 2-minute walk the gulf beach and Island trolley stop. The best way to reach the gulf is to exit through the back gate and turn left down the alley way and right to the beach! The spectacular property is a private retreat where you can enjoy swimming in the Gulf, sun tanning, picnicking, or the sunsets at night. A Short Trolley Ride to Bridge Street, Restaurants, Shops and all the fun that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Private laundry is also offered. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back relax turn on the Flat screen and catch that flick you always wanted to see or that must-see sports game.

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*This home has a 4 night minimum stay requirement*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at booking*

*Parking for 3 Vehicles only in the Driveway, No street parking or parking in grass*

*Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints will result in eviction*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

*In the Shed by the pool you will find some beach supplies, chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon.*
