Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung auf Anna Maria Island verbracht. Es war traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: vom Eiswürfelspender bis zur Waschmaschine, vom Strandwegen mit Stühlen bis zum Mixer. Es war alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß braucht man nur knappe 5 Minuten zum weißen langen Sandstrand. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und es ist sehr ruhig. Perfekt zum Entspannen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

5 star experience

My family enjoyed this vacation rental for a glorious week. The place was so comfy and inviting. They really thought of everything when it came to the overall experience. The property offers a nice peaceful deck off of both bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms had plenty of supplies. When you are ready to stock the kitchen it is less then a 10 minute walk to a local grocery store and CVS pharmacy. If the water is what you crave there is a pool or the beach is a short walk as well. We chose to soak up the sun and have a nice dinner in town. When you are ready to eat their is a wonderful variety of cuisine to choose from. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. I can see myself being a repeat customer with SeaDuction of Anna Maria Island.

Lovely condo at Holmes Beach

Loved the place. Home is beautiful, clean and wonderful beds. Great location, close to all you need. I will go again. Super quiet location, and coffee on the decks was amazing. The owner was always available if needed.

Best place to visit in Florida!!

Outstanding!!! Very close to the pristine beach. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect location!! Cvs and Publix right behind the unit. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with all you'll need for a relaxing vacation. This is a hidden gem. Our host Morgan is top notch!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Seaduction 2024!

Seaduction was a great condo to stay at! Very close to the beach, stores, trolley stops, and attractions. Pool at the condo was perfect too. Morgan was very helpful with all our needs! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Tranquil Tropical Paradise

A 3 week stay at “SeaDuction” on AMI was just what my husband and I needed to rest and revive. The condo’s decor exudes a cool tranquility both in color and design… Two comfortable lanais, one in front, the other in the back create a sense of being cocooned within a true tropical paradise, The king bed was heaven, and the pool was perfectly refreshing after beach time. The place was clean and housed every convenience we could possibly want. Morgan is a super star host. We were impressed with the customer service she provided, and her quick to respond attitude was refreshing. The neighbors were helpful and considerate. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location

We were very impressed with everything about the condo. It is close to the beach, was very comfortable and well appointed. The two separate screened lanais provided privacy and were large enough for everyone to sit and have meals or play cards. It has a great, heated pool that offered plenty of privacy. It's within walking distance to the grocery, shopping and dining, and also very close to the beach. Morgan (the owner) was a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and provide assistance. We would definitely stay there again!

Great space, great location, great host

This property has a list of "greats" that are too many to list. We had a great time and the condo is really spacious and wonderfully-furnished. It is indeed a short walk to the beach and is secluded enough on a dead-end that you feel away from everything, but at the same time near everything like restaurants, grocery and shopping. The pool is refreshing for a dip after a day at the beach.Holmes Beach is an awesome spot and this condo is a great spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation and a beautiful condo and beach!

A Must !!

Each year my husband and I look forward to staying in this condo. It is clean, comfortable, located close to Publix, restaurants, shops, and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. The beach is clean, the water is clear, we saw about 100 dolphins during our 7 day stay. The sunrises are beautiful, the sunsets are beautiful colors. It's a must! It is our paradise.

We absolutely LOVED this place. It had everything we needed. The details in the listing are spot on. The location was the best for us without staying directly on the beach. It truly is 400 steps to the beach and a very short walk to numerous food places, groceries and icecream. We would highly recommend and can't wait to book again. Morgan was a great host!

Already ready to come back!

I cant even begin to explain how wonderful our trip was. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were at home. The rental unit is even bigger then the pictures show and perfect for our family of 5 (ages 8, 4, and 2.) Every single thing we could possibly need to make sure our week went off without a hitch was there! Keep your beach stuff at home and save space in your car! They had every single thing you could need including wagons, canopies, umbrellas, toys, the works. It was immaculately clean and I wish she could come and decorate my home with the attention to detail. Their correspondance was impeccable and quick to the couple of questions that I had. The location is absolutely perfect and we were able to walk to several places close by (And honestly, would walk to more just harder with three youngers in tow!) The beach accesses weren't busy at all just typical activity and families playing. We will most definitely be renting from them again in the future!

Ideal vacation rental

This condo was perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated with lots of room, comfortable beds, two private balconies, a large kitchen and clean updated furniture throughout. The location could not be better as it allows an unbelievably short walk to the beach, shopping, and dinning while also being secluded enough to recharge in the calm privacy of the well maintained pool. Check-in, parking, and everything else that I routinely dread was made effortless thanks to the prompt, friendly, and helpful responses from the owner. The island was the perfect for our group. We will be back any chance we get!

Beautiful Beachy Condo Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. I like the small remodeling touches you have made to the condo, as we have stayed in this unit when it was under different ownership. Love the pool area and especially the screened lanais. Such a short walk to the beach.

Great Stay

Very nicely decorated condo. Fully equipped for home and beach needs. Nice and roomy. Great location- 5 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants. Owners are very friendly and cooperative. Nice area!

Great location

Close to beach, grocery store, dollar tree. Grounds well kept and condo fully stocked with cooking items. Love taking the trolley up and down the island. Have not moved the car much since we arrived.

Perfect Place for Relaxing, Working Remote, Planning a Move to Florida

Please see my review of the condo in the video found here: My friend and I were there doing a feature on Anna Maria Island and found this to be a great place to stay. Like a lot of single, empty nester moms, we are considering a move to this area of Florida. This condo was a great base for exploring, eating at great restaurants, and catching sunsets on the beach a few steps away. It's located just around the corner from Publix and central to both Pine Avenue at the north end of the island and Bridge Street at the south. In fact, we didn't need a car after flying into Sarasota. Our transportation for the week was a golf cart and bikes from Beach Bums. My favorite feature of the condo was the lanai off the master bedroom where I could write in the mornings (and get a glimpse of the ocean through the trees) without waking up my friend, Alba. She had her own lanai, too, off of her bedroom which overlooked the pool. When afternoon showers came through, either was a nice place to listen to the rain. The living area was comfortable-- a place we just crashed one night with nearby takeout and Shrek on the big screen. :)

Perfectly located beach condo

We loved not having to drive anywhere - beach, groceries, restaurants, free trolley stops all within about 400 steps. The condo is beautifully appointed - nothing we needed wasn't there and the pool was glorious. We were the only ones there most times.

Little Slice of Heaven

This location is 300 steps to beautiful beaches, stores, restaurants, grocery and the free trolley, which you can ride all day every day from one end of the island to the other. We had the pool to ourselves the entire trip. It was quiet roomy and wonderful. Great beds, and for me that's a plus on vacation.

Magical trip at Seaduction

The condo was beautiful, newly remodeled with the best décor. All that we needed to make our stay comfy was provided. Perfect location with only a short walk to beach. The pool was so refreshing to enjoy after a day at the beach. Morgan the owner was the sweetest to work with, I felt like we were old friends. This was our first trip to AMI and she was so kind to share all the great restaurants and things to do. We had a trip of a lifetime, couldn't dream of a better place to celebrate our 25th. We will be visiting AMI again.

Fabulous Rental

I can’t tell you how wonderful our 2 weeks were in your beautiful rental condo. The location was perfect and we walked to the beach multiple times every day we were there. The layout of the condo was perfect and we totally enjoyed the 2 screened in porches each morning and evening. You have thought of everything that could be needed to make an extended or even short stay comfortable and fully relaxed. We will absolutely come back!! Thank you.
