Coastal Cove is right by the Bay, so your views are expansive. You can watch the sunrise to the east over the bay in the morning with unobstructed views, the sunset sky at night to the West, and then the moonrise to the east again in the evening. When you’re not enjoying the views, you’ll likely enjoy that the home is next to Bradenton Beach marina, less than a 1-minute walk, so if you wanted to bring your boat and rent a boat slip you can do that, or you can rent a boat from the Marina, book an adventure tour, fishing charter or so much more!

This home is also less than a 3-minute walk to Bridge Street where some of the best shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, nightlife and family fun on the island is located. It has something for everyone. You’re also just a short stroll to the famous white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

The home itself features a great room style main living area with a fully stocked kitchen, a comfy living room with HDTV, and a dining room that seats 6 at the dining table with 4 additional seats at the Kitchen Island. This is a perfect gathering space for a home like this, and it is intended to encourage the entire family to be in the same room together at the same time -cooking, socializing, watching TV or just hanging out.

The outdoor area features a private heated pool and spa and covered seating area with an outdoor dining table for 8 plus a bar top for 2, a propane BBQ Grill, Foosball table and lush tropical landscaping. You’ll love sitting out here and relaxing in this space.

Upstairs, you’ll find the rooftop deck with plenty of seating and standing room for everyone to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. There is no better place to listen to the soft echo of live music from Bridge Street from the comfort of your own home away from home.

*Dogs are welcome, A $250+Tax Pet fee is required per pet, this is a separate fee paid directly to Salty Mermaid Real Estate after booking. Pets that are not disclosed to our office will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Laundry Detergent, and Coffee & Tea are provided. Travel sized; (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, sewing kit) are available if requested while supplies last. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*No more than 4 Vehicles are allowed to be parked at the home*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
