This property offers a beachy bohemian vibe and has all you need for a memorable stay on Anna Maria Island. This ground level cottage has been professionally decorated and updated for your enjoyment.

Leave your car parked - the City of Anna Maria is very walkable. Zen Gardens is Located only a few flip flop steps away from the gorgeous white sand gulf beaches and the many shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue. If you want to explore Anna Maria Island, our Islands free trolley service is close by!

This charming Zen cottage offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master suite features a King Size Bed with an attached full Master Bathroom with washer and dryer for all your laundry needs! The second bedroom features a King size bed and a Twin - XL bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a queen size bed and both the 2nd and 3rd Bedroom share a full bathroom. This bathroom has a deep tub for soaking after a long day at the beach!

Kick back and relax in the warm and comfortably decorated living room. The couch offers a queen-sized sleeper. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back relax turn on one of the Flat screens and catch that flick you always wanted to see or that must-see sports game. Listen to the waves as you enjoy the private Zen Garden on the newly decorated patio that features a gas grill and plenty of comfortable lounging areas with shade. *Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Thank you! *

*Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints will result in eviction*

*This home has a 4 night minumum stay requirement*

*Parking for 2 Cars in front of the home and 1 space on the side of the home. There are also 2 additonal street parking spaces on the side of the home but these are public spaces and can be taken by anyone*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at booking*
