La Cocolia greets you with a modern yet cozy living room with easy access to both bedrooms and galley kitchen. Just off the dining room is a newly updated laundry room. The dining room features views of the backyard Oasis. Your family will enjoy get-togethers with all the outdoor space and shaded area in under the Jasmin trellis. Leave your car parked (2 spots provided) – the town is very walkable, and our island’s free trolley is only 2 short blocks away at the City Pier. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
