Leave your car parked, a one car garage plus extra parking space on the side of the home or in front of the garage door is available. The spectacular property is a private retreat where you can enjoy swimming in the Gulf, sun tanning, picnicking, or the sunsets at night. A Short Trolley Ride to Bridge Street, Restaurants, Shops and all the fun that Anna Maria Island has to offer. “Sand Dollar Villa” offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation does not skip a beat. The 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo is tastefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Private laundry is also offered. Spend your evening relaxing on the front balcony, your family will enjoy get-togethers. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! *Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*This home has a 4 night minimum stay requirement*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at booking*

*You have access to the left side Garage, You can park inside there or in front of the garage door. Do not block the right side garage or driveway as this is parking for the other unit.
