The #1 best thing about this property is the LOCATION. It is directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico! The area in front was recently torn down so you have direct views of the beach, gulf and sunsets!
The 2nd best thing about this property is It is adorable and cozy. It can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids or 2 adults and 4 kids. Flat Screen TVs in both bedrooms and the great room, high speed internet and wifi.
It has a dedicated golf cart that remains at the property for your rental. It is included in the rental but can be removed if you do not want it. It is a six passenger electric Bintelli Golf Cart and you can take it anywhere on AMI, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. Just not on the beaches themselves. But great for grocery shopping, dinners, lunches, beach's. You don't need to rent a car. We have an excellent UBER recommendation who will pick you up and bring you back to the airport.

Review Serenity by the SeaThe Good 1. Location by the ocean is definitely the big draw- - can hear waves from 2 bedrooms- 1 on second and 1 on 3rd floor. No TVs in ocean view bedrooms in case that is important to you. There is a small living area on 2nd floor by washer dryer that has TV as well as down stairs living area. 2. Sunset views are gorgeous!! 3. Powdery sand close to beach and calm water. Good for Shelling as well. 4. Lots of beds and very nice beds good bedding and pillows. 5. Furnishings are modern. 6. Several beach chairs, boogie boards, some beach toys, grill, cooler, beach umbrella. 7. Lots of pots and pans and air fryer. Nice oven. 8. Florida Rentals staff were friendly and responsive and addressed 2 of the issues within their control quickly, but they haven’t seen property so not helpful for specific questions like layout. The Bad 1. The stairs * No railings on stairs from 1st to 2nd floor (2 bedrooms 2 bath) or 2nd to 3rd floor (3 bedrooms 1 bath ) and one side is open with no bannister for both. They are also more steep and narrow than stairs most people will be used to. Stairs up to front door are wide with railing but no bedrooms on that level only full bathroom living area and kitchen and deck. 2. The layout * Only 1 bedroom had bath attached and it was more for family since 2 queens with bunk bed but bunk beds have no railing. * 3 bedrooms on 3rd floor with only 1 bathroom and that bathroom has no shelving or hooks and only 1 place to put a towel. 3. No extra provisions. No sponge for washing dishes and limited dishcloths and towels. Bring dish sponge, shampoo, trash bags, soap, TP, dishwashing liquid dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap, etc if going to be there more than a few days. 4. “Love bugs” We were there during early May which we heard was “Love Bug” mating season, we were told might also be bad in September. They made it so you couldn’t use deck for most of day for half our stay. They swarmed everything. We had to go around to front of house to enter from beach one day since they would come in if opened sliding door to deck, but almost instantly gone for last 2 days so we could enjoy deck. 5. Screen missing on the 2nd floor ocean facing window and other screen has gap bugs can crawl through and is not in very well so could fall out easily. So between this and the bugs was discouraging to open windows and listen to ocean when cool at night. 6. Water wasn’t always hot for showers but good enough. Need to Know about items not provided 1. No beach towels provided so need to buy or bring your own. 2. No items for babies like playpen or highchair so will need to bring own. 3. No book for helpful tips on things to do or when trash pick up is like might see in other rentals so just an FYI.Would we stay here again? Probably, if we had no one with mobility issues and good value for location on beach. It would have been very good to know about open sided stairs with no railing before hand since we would have chosen someplace else this time since one family member was crawling up and down stairs since there was no railing and afraid of falling on open side. Also 3 year old was nervous with no railing and open stair side. We had a hard time getting info on specifics on property in advance to help us make decision even with calls and emails. Florida Rentals is very friendly but just don’t know specifics on properties so wanted to let others know all the things that would inform decision on whether it is a good fit.

We had a wonderful time at Salty Saes. The location could not be beat, steps away from the beach. The house was so well appointed, and having two apartments worked perfectly for our situation of two families traveling together. The pool with the hot tub was amazing, the outdoor kitchen and the most comfortable outdoor chairs, made for such great relaxation. We took full advantage of all the things, such as the bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, and games Absolutely wonderful time, could not recommend it more.

Salty Seas was in a perfect location on AMI (almost at the very end if the island)...steps away from Bean Point. We had 12 people for a week stay and plenty of room. The house is a split level duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room on both levels. The upstairs had 1 king and 2 queens and the lower level had 3 kings. A wrap-around upper deck had seating and a great view of the ocean or the pool. The pool/spa were awesome and warm plus that area included a bar, a fridge, a TV and plenty of seating (at the bar, pool loungers and picnic table). Also floats, tube, and noodles were available to be used in the pool. The flat top Weber grill was spectacular to cook on and many other top notch appliances provided at Salty Seas. If you wanted to go to the beach everything was supplied for you - wagons, chairs, coolers, sand toys, & boogie boards!! The beach was accessible right across the street. White sand, some of the most beautiful colored water and you could watch the sunrise and set on the same beach by just walking around the point- can't think of many places this is even possible!! Plenty of things at the beach too....dolphins, birds, crabs, starfish, other fish (even caught a small shark one night), shells, boats, and a beautiful view!! Bikes and kayaks were other items furnished at the property too!! We opted to rent 2 six seater golf carts from our hosts which were used non stop to explore the island. They were quick and highly recommend versus a car rental. AMI had so many restaurants, snack places, shopping and etc. that we did not have truly enough time to see it all. Our hosts were also very responsive to answer questions or provide information when requested. I highly recommend the home, the hosts and AMI as a vacation spot. None of us wanted to leave!!

We had a family vacation with a total of 11 of us. Grandparents, kids, and grandkids. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. The pool area was perfect for getting together and hanging out. It was nice having the duplex option so that there was some seperation but we all could get together for meals and socializing.We definitely would rent again. AMI is beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were great and worked with us. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away and relax.

What an amazing stay - beautiful accommodations ! Fantastic & fully equipped premium kitchen with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy cooking & getting ready to host a big Super Bowl barbecue in the stunning backyard — while enjoying the beautiful AAA++ pool, bar & TV extraordinary area & leisure spot to enjoy the sun with absolutely everything you need ! The new weber griddle grill worked perfectly to make yummy fabulous sandwiches, where we would put the buns face down on the grill ! The pool was stunning & sparkling clean - such fabulous lights everywhere to continue enjoying into the evening . Just a few short steps to an amazing sunset & beautiful walks on the beach & in town shopping — not to mention fabulous AMI restaurants . Bathrooms & bedrooms & lounge areas in the home were amazing . The hosts intuitively thought of absolutely everything that was necessary to make this a glamorous, fun & relaxing vacation spot ! Stunning views & very private, beautiful pool — wonderful bar area to gather around & enjoy noon to night ! Definitely ready for next years stay at the Salty Sea Inn . Our family stayed at Salty Sea’s in December, 2024. It had been recently renovated and was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The pool area was that of a resort-style. Every detail was thought of from plush chaise lounges to a stunning bistro kitchen stocked with ninja creami, slushy maker, and blenders. Huge TV and a led speaker with incredible sound! We most enjoyed the heated spa and pool after sunset which featured incredible lighting. The golf cart was brand new. The beach so close by, we watched nightly sunsets. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!!!
