This is a beautiful, recently updated 3 story townhouse that is well laid out and very spacious.

The first level provides you with a 2 car garage (1 small car max inside garage due to beach supplies and golf cart) and a back deck equipped with a gas grill, seating, and an outdoor shower.


BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS

On the third level, you'll find all of your private bedroom and bathroom space. The Master Bedroom is well equipped with a King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, and huge walk in closet. It also has a deck that looks out to the front of the house. You also have two sinks and a walk in shower in the bathroom attached to this room.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, full size closet, 2 nightstands, large dresser, and has a lot of natural light.

The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, a full size closet, a large dresser, and a portable crib that is stored in the closet and can be used if needed.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

There is a half bath on the second level for your convenience. This bathroom also has the laundry closet in it.

KITCHEN & DINING

The bright & airy kitchen kitchen is located on the second level. The kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The hand-crafted dining table can seat up to six, and the fully stocked coffee/tea/espresso bar ensures you'll have everything you need to start your mornings off right. Whether you're brewing your favorite espresso or enjoying a cup of tea, the bar provides a variety of options for all preferences.

LOUNGE SPACES

The lounge areas at Salty Sunsets are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The spacious, open-concept living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light and offering a peaceful retreat. You'll find plush seating and a smart TV for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The outdoor lounging space invite you to soak in the island breezes, while relaxing in the screened in porch equipped with a ceiling fan for extra comfort. These spaces offer the ideal setting to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a good book, or simply take in a beautiful sunset. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed to enhance your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.


We keep a 6 seater golf cart in the garage that we offer as a rental for our guests. If you would like to rent it, message me after booking here and I’ll direct you to our website where you can reserve the golf cart. The cost of the golf cart for one week is $588.50 including tax. If you do not rent the golf cart, please note that it will be parked in the garage, but you will not have access to the keys without a valid golf cart rental through us.

Noise Ordinance:
Anna Maria Island enforces a strict noise ordinance to preserve the peaceful, residential nature of the island. Quiet hours are observed in the evenings and overnight. Excessive noise at any time may result in fines or immediate enforcement action by the city. This home is located in a residential area, and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors at all times.

We do not live on the property so we will not be available in person, however you can always reach us in the app or by phone.

The townhome is located in North Beach Village, a quaint community in Holmes Beach with an Old Florida feel and a quick, 5 minute walk to the beach.

Holmes Beach is a picturesque and charming town located on Anna Maria Island, Florida. Salty Sunsets is equipped with one exterior Ring camera. This camera is located at the front of the home and monitors and records motion in the driveway area only.
