The property is only 250 feet from the sugar sand beaches where you can walk for hours or sit and enjoy the view. This location is one of the quietest areas of the Island and a great place for a relaxing get away. The restaurants and shopping are only a short walk or bike ride away. The tropically landscaped yard offers a patio and gas grill for relaxing evenings with great star gazing.

About the owner: I discovered Anna Maria in 1985 and began making weekend visits. After exploring the Island, I found the perfect spot on the far north end of the Island and bought it in 1994. Anna Maria has managed to retain the Old Florida feel that has disappeared from so many beach towns. There is no better place to relax than the North End of the Island.
Why this property? The house is fully equipped for turnkey vacation living. The new kitchen is fully equipped, Cable TV, Wi-fi, bicycles, washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs and floats, outdoor shower, toys and games for children and the fully enclosed, landscaped yard and patio with gas grill ensure a relaxing vacation. You can walk or bike to anything on the Island and return to one of the most relaxing spots. The Bean Point beach and spectacular sunsets are only 250 feet from the house.

We loved our trip to Anna Maria and this perfect, very comfortable house. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was the perfect amount of space for us. Very clean, well-appointed, fluffy towels, manicured yard and all the details needed for a fun beach vacation. They have really thought of everything you would need - beach umbrella, wagon, toys, several chairs and bikes. Very quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the gorgeous Bean Point beach - paradise! Thank you Howard - we had a great trip!

Carol W.50th Wedding Anniversary
We enjoyed our time at Howard‘s rental. He is easy to work with. The house is cute and has everything you need. The backyard has a nice patio area so you can grill or eat out. There are bikes, chairs, and most things you need for the beach. Bean Point …well it’s gorgeous. We did not rent a car for the entire stay. The closest trolley is about a 15 minute walk. Be ready for that, if you do not rent a car. We are walkers, so it was not bothersome. We did take the trolley a couple of days. We also rented a car for three days. Enterprise came and picked us up and drove us back. The rental was on Cortez and we dealt with Haley. We also ordered from Publix and they deliver. The cost of food is high, but isn’t it everywhere? We ate at a few restaurants and food was good. Nothing that I would say, “Oh you definitely need to go”. The crowds were minimal so it was a good time to travel. Weather was perfect and we had a great stay with no problems. Thanks Howard for sharing your home.

We visited Anna Maria in November with lifetime friends. The house was charming and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked several dinners and ate outside under the beautiful palms and stars. The backyard was landscaped beautifully. We loved how close we were to Bean Point! It was truly quiet and a wonderful cottage to come home to each day. We enjoyed the visiting tortiouse.we would definitely visit again. Who doesn’t love a white picket fence? Howard is a great communicator and host!

Except for forgetting to re apply sunblock every hour. This was an awesome place to stay. Bring your Chromecast or Alexa Firestick, as the Tv doesn't appear to have tv streaming. Loved it!

We just got back from a weeks vacation at this lovely home. Great location. Close to the beach, Rod & Reel Pier, and Pine Ave. The house has lots of amenities. Sheets, Towels, beach towels, 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. It also has a beautiful landscaped backyard with table and chairs. The owner was great to work with and always quick to respond to emails. Don’t miss eating at Rod & Reel and The Waterfront Restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!

My friend and I stayed in your home for a week of relaxation at the beach! It was absolutely perfect! Your house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed all week. My wife and I have been renting this home for the last 4 years. This home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Anna Maria. Leave your beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas at home they are supplied. The home has always been clean and I have never see a bug in the house. Landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is a short walk away, The Rod & Reel is a 6 min walk. The second bedroom is perfect for two kids or another couple to stay with you.You won’t be disappointed!
