The house is an open floor plan with a wall of windows looking out to the water and beautiful sunsets.
This is an adult only home and no pets.
The home has been completely remolded inside with all new appliances.
Two Bedrooms each with private baths and additional 1/2 bath for guests off of living room. Two(2) full size beds in one bedroom and King in the second.

Holmes Beachfront house with view of the beach from almost every room. The home sits on a very large shaded lot in a quiet residential area. Close to quaint shopping within walking distance of the islands trolley service.

Owners's cancellation policy:
... Cancelled bookings will receive a refund when/if the unit is re-rented for the same time period. At least 90 days notice will increase the chances of re-booking.
....50% down is required to secure the reservation and the remainder is due 60 days before arrival
....Deposits are refunded in full after departure and the house is cleaned and inspected. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
*If renting for more than 28 days we will come in and do a cleaning after 28 days.

Year Purchased: 1988
About the owner: My husband and I have owned our home since 1988. We have had many wonderful family memories here. It is such a lovely, quiet location. The interior was recently remodeled but we kept the quaintness of the exterior and the treed lot is very unique to the island.
Why this property? Nestled among the trees but still has beautiful views of the water and sunsets from the house.
