Welcome to “Beachcomber” a cozy villa reminiscent of days past on Anna Maria. This charming villa is only 3 houses (300 Ft) TO DIRECT BEACH ACCESS in the City of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island!!!

When arriving at “Beachcomber” you will get excited with how close you are to beach access. Pullup and park underneath the carport, only 2 cars are permitted but don’t worry the town is very walkable and our free island trolley is only a few flip flop steps away.

Upon arriving at this AMI vacation rental, head up the stairs to the spacious deck where you will enjoy relaxing in the warm Florida sun. Enter the home through the sliding glass door, where you are greeted by a spacious open living room concept with living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen (The microwave is a convection oven/airfryer/microwave, there is no normal full size oven). Off the left side of hallway, you will find 1 bathroom with a shower and single sink, followed by 1 bedroom with 2 Twin Sized beds. Enter the master bedroom on the right side of the hallway; the master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower and single sink. Both bedrooms at “Beachcomber” offer professionally laundered premium quality linens plus you’ll have both beach and bath towels exclusive to our guests at Salty Mermaid Vacation Rentals.

After a day at the beach or if you decide to explore Pine Avenue shopping, dining, and sightseeing; “Beachcomber” offers an oversized hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring on the island. The hot tub is privately located on the ground floor, on the back side of the carport, with a lounging area.

As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back and relax, turn on one of the TV’s and catch that flick you always wanted to see. We are so excited you chose to stay with us!

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Laundry Detergent, and Coffee & Tea are provided. Travel sized; (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, sewing kit) are available if requested while supplies last. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian*

*Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints may result in eviction*
