We provide driving directions, gate code access if needed, and a unique entry code for the door, after your balance payment is received.
When are my payments due?
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the home with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Do you accept payment in different currencies?
We accept payments in $ USD or £ GBP and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
What should I do if I have a question or maintenance issue in the home?
There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

. This was our second year of our family staying here. Very quite area. Our grandson likes the flow Rider. They have towels and bedding so you do not have to take your own. Two levels so lots of room for our family. Game room with pool table, air hockey and foos ball. We used the pool everyday. We prepared and ate all of our meals at the house. Had lots of dishes and pots for feeding a family of 8. We baked cookies and brownies because they had cookie sheets and a pan to make brownies. We would definitely rent this place again if it was available.
