About the Property
The Beach Cottages building is currently undergoing painting and repairs. The impact is scaffolding on the building, noise, and work being conducted in the pool and garage areas. Due to this, we are offering a 20% discount for reservations through the end of 2018. To obtain the discount, you must book directly with our office. Please call to make your reservation.
Your slice of paradise awaits. This Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Gulf Front Corner Unit features two balconies providing amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The living area is very spacious and even has a fireplace along with the large flat screen TV with DVD player and sliding door to balcony. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The Master bedroom has a king bed with new memory foam mattress in 6/18, TV and ceiling fan and features it's own sliding door to the Gulf side balcony and a comfy seating area ensuite bathroom. The ensuite master bathroom has a step in shower and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has Two Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and TV. The property has a Heated Pool with large deck along with a Spa/Hot Tub and Gas Grills for guest use. The unit has Free High-Speed Internet Service and Free Long Distance (US and Canada).
