You'll feel like a millionaire in this Luxury Direct Gulf Front condo. Spend your next vacation at the popular Holiday Villas II. Hear the ocean as you sleep while the sea breeze refreshes you. This 1150 sq ft unit has been updated to include a walk in shower, new Pergo flooring throughout, and a maple kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen and 3 TVs (all with cable service) will make you feel right at home. You can surf from the private 32' balcony with free high speed WI-FI. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. New refrigerator and stove were purchased in 2021. Renovation of a lovely walk in shower with rain head and body jets was completed in 2021 as well. A heated pool of 86 degrees assures year round comfort. We ask for only a four night minimum May-December excluding holiday weeks and a seven night minimum during high season. Holiday weeks require a 7 night minimum. Take your vacation whenever you want ! I do not require a Sat/Sat stay. Phone the owner at anytime with your questions.
A land line is also provided for safety in case mobile reception is not functioning. Free high speed Wi/Fi with 10Meg Speed.

This property has a balcony with a 180 degree view of the gulf. Look to left, look to the right, all you see is the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphins are often spotted swimming the coast.

A friend and myself stayed at this unit April 20th - 23rd and we were very pleased . Unit very clean, stocked with essentials and cozy with a impeccable view of the ocean. Sunsets are amazing and I'd definitely stay at this unit again.

We stayed for 5 nights in mid November, 2021. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had fantastic views of the gulf from both the living room and patio. The unit owner (actually his sister Joyce) was extremely helpful with any concerns. A helpful hint for future visitors-the keylock box for all of these rentals are located in the ground floor parking area on the south wall. We would definately return to this location!

My family and I came to Indian Shores as part of a family reunion that was rescheduled from December 2020. Joyce is wonderful to work with, we appreciated the flexibility and understanding when we needed to cancel due to Covid. It is clear that Joyce is very attentive to the condition of the unit, very clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. We received a call from Joyce on day 2 to make sure everything was as expected, quite impressive. We will certainly book this unit again for our next trip to Indian Shores.

Just returned home from a 5 night stay and have to say it was probably one of the most relaxing vacations I've had in Florida! The area atmosphere was relaxed, the condo was extremely clean and had everything and anything you could have wanted/needed. The beds were comfy as was the recliners (unusually comfy) and couches. The location was far enough away to be quiet yet you had everything at your disposal. The beach and pool were just steps in each direction and to be honest, we only left them to go out to grab a few things twice! And last but not least...the owner! Joyce was always just a phone call away for anything you needed or for any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this unit!

We were truly delighted to find this place located so close to the water. Endless sunsets & beach views so close you can almost touch the sand.With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms it was a perfect fit for me and my parents. The condo is on the 2nd floor and located on a quite part of the beach. Each room had a TV and beds are especially comfortable (with 1 bed on the master and 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom) and the aircon was in good working order.I also liked the furniture in the living room. The patio furniture had a table/chairs and lounge chair (which is not common to find). The placement of the sun makes it possible to tan from the balcony. The heated pool is located in the back of the building, close to the road.The rooms have exterior hallways and because of the design of the building the hallways do not open up to the road, which I prefer as that keeps the car noise away.Very comfortable place and one which I highly recommend.

This condo is exactly as advertised. The beach and ocean is just beyond the balcony. We saw dolphins swimming by in the a.m. and p.m. The condo is decorated very up to date. The beds were comfortable. There are lots of restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed spending time in the heated pool. We'll be back for sure!

Wil B.Lovely Winter Getaway Spot
Loved the balcony where we'd have meals and read, looking out to the beach and the Gulf, with pelicans and other birds flying close-by and meandering on the beach below. Spacious living and dining area, with 2 good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved that there was salt, pepper, sugar in the cupboards for us. Pool was warm and lovely. Everything was great. Thoroughly enjoyed.

This is a great location for a quiet family vacation. The condo is just as the photos, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Located very close to John's Pass and great restaurants. All of our needs were met. The only thing that could be different is the master bath could be updated especially the shower. The sliding door to the balcony will also need to be replaced or redone soon. I still give five stars.

Hi Danny, I appreciate you taking the time to leave some feedback. You will be happy to know that I do have plans to tear out the master shower in about 3 months and put in a step in shower. I was surprised about your comment about the patio door. The door was replaced in 2017 as it had the original in there previously. The new door complies with the current code, is impact resistant and has nonreflective glass to make it also turtle compliant so they know how to follow the moon into the water.

This condo was better than I had expected. The view was to die for. The furnishings were elegant, and everything was soooo clean. It was handy to be on the bus or "trolley" line. The pool was heated to the right temperature. The white sand on the beach was silky. At times you could see the bottom of the ocean from the balcony. The water was that clear. We saw dolphins just straight up on the air.We'll definitely be back.

Great ocean front condo, "the view" of the gulf coast and sunsets from the 3rd floor. Roomy Palm decor, basic cable, WI-FI, garage parking, close to everything. Price negotiable.
