About the owner: We first visited Kissimmee in 2012, and loved it. We planned to return for my 50th birthday in Jan 2017. March 2016 saw us looking for a villa to rent. Prices were expensive, so I joking said to my wife 'It will be cheaper to buy one'. We closed on the villa on 22nd June 2016.
Why this property? This is not just a rental property to us, it is our 2nd home and we treat is as such. Since we purchased we have spent over $20k on improvements, including -

Great vacation home
Home was way more than whatbwe expected it was pretty new the only thing was the community was crowded but it was expected going during Thanksgiving week! Appreciate the extra saftey measures of the community
