Condo complex is newly renovated and has large seasonally heated pool, kiddy pool and club house. Shuffleboard and charcoal grill on premises. Laundry on each floor. ?Close to shopping, golfing, fishing, boating and Canaveral National Seashore Park. It has an expansive beach inviting you to take chair or blanket and sun bath safely as cars are not allowed on our beach. The 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park has basketball and hand ball courts, covered picnic tables, charcoal grills, restrooms and children's playground.
New Smyrna Beach is and "Old Florida" type of town. Plenty of casual dining with many great restaurants. Plenty of kayaking, surfing, sailing, sunbathing steps out the door. Old Flagler Ave. has specialty shops, ice cream, & surf shops. You can cruise your car on the driving section of the beach. You can bike on the flat beach for miles.
Our unique arts town has the distinction of being included in the book, "The 100 Best Small Art Towns in America: Where to Discover Creative Communities, Fresh Air and Affordable Living" by John Vlillani. The Atlantic Center for the Arts attracts artists in many disciplines from all over the world. Exhibitions and events are held frequently there, as well as at the community art center, "The Hub".
