Located in the fully secured Strada development, our spacious, clean and beautiful condo has more square footage than the 2BR/2BA condo's also located in The Strada.
Our condo is professionally designed and furnished for our guests (you!) to relax, play and even work-at-home.
Large furnished lanai off the main living area with dining table for four, loveseat with side tables, and ceiling fan.
Master suite w/king bed, sitting area, ceiling fan, large closet, flatscreen TV, attached full bath with separate tub and a separate 3-head shower, his/her sinks, a private toilet room, and a closed area with washer/dryer.
A den with a queen sleeper, ceiling fan, dresser, office desk and chair, wireless printer, and monitor. A convenient 1/2 bath and closet adjacent to the den.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, kitchen island with 4 stools, natural gas range and cooktop, all stainless steel appliances - microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser, and dishwasher.
Separate dining room seats six, and includes a bar. Living room opens to dining, kitchen and lanai areas; includes a large sofa, love seat, chair, ottoman, ceiling fan, and large flatscreen TV. You'll have access to cable TV and a wireless Internet connection, all included as part of your stay.
If you have a car, you will be able to park in our attached gated and secured parking garage.

[STEP 1] RESERVE Your Reservations (or you just have questions):
Contact the condo Owner via email through FloridaRentals "CONTACT OWNER" to ask questions, or to confirm reservation dates availability and receive a detailed quote along with the Rental Agreement and Application. Condo Owner will respond to your email within 24 hours or less. All ongoing correspondence after this step between Owner and you will be done via email and/or phone.
[STEP 2] HOLD Your Reservation Dates:
Fill out the Application & Rental Agreement and return them with a small deposit payment to the Owner. Owner will HOLD your reservation dates while your Application is processed....a very quick process!!
[STEP 3] BOOK Your Reservation:
Upon completion of your Application process, Owner will contact you for final payment to BOOK your reservations!! MONTHLY CONDO CLEANING INCLUDED FOR SEASONAL RENTERS - If you rent 2 or more months, one monthly condo cleaning is included except for the first and last month of your stay. Cleaning includes wash/dry/setup of the bed linens and bathroom towels/washcloths.

About the owner: Katy and I are life long Michigander's who recently retired and now reside full-time in Naples. So when you rent our condo we are conveniently available to ensure your stay is the best experience you'll have.
We are the original owners of our Mercato/Strada condo.
Why this property? Naples FL is one of the most beautiful tropical areas in North America. When we first visited Naples during our search for a FL vacation home, we just fell in love with the Strada at Mercato because of what it had to offer from the perspective of both vacationing and a place to potentially live. A very fun place with lots to offer and do.
We were also very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the construction of our condo, and with the overall development of the Mercato. Both the Mercato and Strada were developed and built by the Lutgert Company who has an outstanding reputation for quality and detail.

It's a truly luxury retreat from the world troubles.
The best experience we've had in the last 20 years of condo rental in Naples! Louie and Katy are great landlords and their condo is everything you would want in a rental. The unit is well maintained and has used quality materials in its construction. It has a peaceful, quiet and relaxing ambiance. It is tastefully furnished and well supplied with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect with shopping, dinning and grocery needs right out of the front door. The amenity level is spectacular. Katy and Louie obviously take pride in their condo and are responsive to all your needs. My wife and I will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed!!!
