Location is positively exceptional: central Naples location and just a couple miles from the beach! All of that said, you will not want to leave this beautiful condo once you arrive. All custom kitchen top to bottom, including Monogram/GE built in appliances, a large island that seats 6, two bathrooms with gorgeous finishes and perfectly immaculate. When you do decide to head out to the sandy beaches, you will find everything you need for a day at the beach as well.
Outside you have access to the community private pool area and gas grill. Within the condo, up to four guests may enjoy the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout that includes two walk in showers (no bath tub is available). Absolutely NO pets NO smoking INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. The 3rd-floor condo has been entirely remodeled and furnished with everything you need for your stay.
Enjoy this freshly renovated gem of a condo home, owned and managed by the owners who have owned for 24 years. This is our second home, not a typical "churn and burn" rental. We will require exceptional care of the unit so that it stays in brand new condition as though you are the very first to enjoy it. We are always accessible and have nearby local contacts to address any unexpected issues that could arise.
The monthly base rental rate includes full electricity, cable, high-speed internet (wifi), water, sewer, and trash.

Unique Benefits
We bought in 2000, have loved this condo like it is the first year every time we return. What we love:
--Peaceful, serene, quiet community. This is NOT for loud talkers or loud residents at all. Even conversational visiting on the lanai is expected to be a quiet place as it is a very quiet, restful location with the golf course and neighbors in ear shot.
--Great layout and light. The building faces West, we can just barely see the tip tops of Park Shore beachfront units straight out our view West. Perfect sunset happy hour setting on the lanai.
--The location. I love being able to run to Publix without ever leaving the community--and being able to be there and back inside 15 minutes. It is a 5 minute drive, a 15 minute walk to Publix. Every shop we frequent is literally out our doorstep 5 minutes (Costco, Target, Total Wine, Publix, Kohls, Home Depot, etc.....etc....check Google Maps and you will understand...including a wonderful array of restaurants)
--Location to head north via Goodlette-Frank (GF) and be to Mercato in 8-10 minutes, or head south via GF and get to 5th Avenue/Olde Naples in 15 minutes. Waterside is 5 minutes, Park Shore/Venetian Village is less than 10....I am telling you it is literally in the middle of it ALL!!
--We leave here restored, relaxed, and refreshed. Isn't that why we all love Naples?

Area Information
Located in the Quail Run Golf Course community, the condo is right off of Pine Ridge Road, under 30 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport (RSW). The nearest beaches are Clam Pass (directly West on Pine Ridge), which has a restaurant, restrooms, and beach rentals. Also nearby, Sea Gate or the Park Shore Beaches are also fantastic. There is not a single beach we don't know and frequent--we even venture to Old Naples to enjoy the Pier area as well.

5th Avenue, 3rd Street, Venetian Village, Mercato, Waterside and SO many places between--Naples is foodie heaven. It is also generally kid friendly, and casual most anywhere you go.
Our favorite grocery store in the WORLD is Wynn's. We love Publix for day-to-day, but Wynn's Deli and selections are simply top notch. You can buy amazing prepared meals...great for dinner in, or tons of beach take away items ready to go!

The condo community permits outdoor smoking more than 30 feet from the building. This is NO SMOKING in unit, NOT on the lanai, and NOT within 30 feet of the building. No exceptions, NONE whatsoever--Smokers who violate these terms will be immediately instructed to pack their things and leave.
The unit is climate controlled and required to stay at or below 77 degrees and humidity below 60%. This is to ensure a pure, mold free environment and preservation of the beautiful millwork.

About the host: We are a family of 4, we bought the condo after living for a short time in FL during college and deciding way back then that "NAPLES PARADISE" was going to be an important part of our lives. So we purchased and have enjoyed many years of all that Naples offers whenever we can get away to enjoy our home away from home.
Why this property? If you like quiet, exceptionally clean and well-appointed, then this is for you. We have very high standards and expect the same of our guests. Noise complaints will result in an immediate dismissal. We have never had such an issue, and we don't plan to entertain trouble ;-)
As said before, the Location is PRIME. Very convenient for day-to-day living and central for all destinations north or south. You simply cannot find many like this.
