Inside Scoop

Skip the crowds and explore Naples like a local. Early mornings are the best time to bike over to the Naples Botanical Garden or cruise the quiet streets of Bayshore before the day gets going. If you’re heading downtown, go a little before sunset—parking is easier, and you can catch that perfect golden hour before dinner.

For a fun, casual evening, head to Celebration Park right before sunset. Grab a drink, try a few different food trucks, and enjoy the waterfront views—this is a local favorite for a reason. Nearby, Rebecca’s Wine Bar is a great low-key spot that many visitors miss, perfect for a relaxed night out.

Beach tip: instead of the busiest public access points, locals often head a bit north or south for easier parking and a quieter experience. And if you’re going for sunset (highly recommended), plan to arrive early - Naples sunsets are no secret.

One of the best-kept secrets? Take advantage of how close you are to boat launches and rentals. Rent a boat for the day and head out to Keewaydin Island - it’s a local favorite for a reason. You’ll find beautiful water, a laid-back beach scene, and a completely different perspective of Naples that most visitors miss.

If you’re into pickleball, the US Open Pickleball Center nearby is a must - even if just to watch. It’s one of the premier facilities in the country and always has something going on.

And one last tip - don’t overpack your schedule. Some of the best moments here are the simplest: morning coffee by the pool, an afternoon bike ride, or an evening soak in the pool after a day in the sun.
