Unique Benefits
Rarely-available end-unit layout with only one shared wall for extra quiet and privacy. Second-floor position with wraparound lake and garden views from a private lanai — a peaceful spot for morning coffee. Just steps from the community pool and spa, so there's no long walk after a beach day. Fully furnished and move-in ready, with two queen beds comfortably sleeping four. Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac inside the gated, 160-acre Naples Bath & Tennis Club grounds, with lakes, preserve views, and landscaped walking paths right outside the door. Optional membership is available at the on-site Tennis Academy of Naples (37 hard and clay courts, fitness center, lap pool, sauna) for guests who want to play during their stay. Central Naples location puts the beach, 5th Avenue South, and 3rd Street South roughly 10–15 minutes away by car, with easy access to US-41 and I-75 for day trips to Bonita Springs or Marco Island.
664 Spoonbill Ln sits inside the gated Naples Bath & Tennis Club community, a quiet, lushly landscaped 160-acre neighborhood off Airport-Pulling Road between Pine Ridge Road and Golden Gate Parkway — right in the heart of Central Naples. It's a residential, tucked-away setting, not a walkable downtown district, which is exactly what makes it feel like a retreat: mornings start with birdsong and lake views rather than traffic. From here, everything Naples is known for is a short, easy drive — the Gulf beaches, the galleries and boutiques of 5th Avenue South, the shops at 3rd Street South, and the restaurants and waterfront of Tin City. I always tell guests this is the best of both worlds: a peaceful home base with the beach and downtown just 10–15 minutes away whenever you're ready for it.
Because the community sits on quiet interior streets set back from the main roads, most of what's "walkable" is right inside the gates rather than off-property. Guests can walk to the building's own pool and spa, stroll the landscaped grounds and lake-view paths that wind through the community, and — for guests who arrange access — the on-site tennis courts and clubhouse. Everything beyond the community (beach, restaurants, shopping) is a short drive rather than a walk.
For a quick, local favorite just minutes away, I always send guests to The Local (5323 Airport-Pulling Rd) — a farm-to-table spot that's been a Naples staple for years and was even featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. For easy grocery runs or a fast bite, Publix at Pine Ridge Crossing and Crossroads Market are both close by, along with the usual quick-service options a few minutes down Pine Ridge Road. When guests want a special night out, it's worth the short drive to 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South, where Sea Salt (seafood) and Osteria Tulia (Italian) are two of my go-to recommendations for a memorable dinner.
Skip the search for street parking downtown — head to one of the public garages just off 5th Avenue South and walk in from there, especially on weekend evenings. If you want the beach without the crowds, go early morning or after 4pm; parking fills up fast at the main access points midday in season. Keep an eye out for wading birds — herons, egrets, and the occasional ibis — along the community's lakes and preserve paths; it's one of the quiet perks of staying somewhere residential instead of a hotel strip. And since you're centrally located, Airport-Pulling Road is often a faster shortcut than US-41 when you're heading north toward Mercato and Waterside Shops.

Excellent accommodations, convenient location
We are delighted with this two-month rental. Entry was easy, place very attractive and clean. Well stocked with sheets, towels, blankets, kitchen and cleaning tools. Lovely lake views, quiet and private neighborhood though quickly accessible to shopping, restaurants and downtown Naples as well as beaches and golf courses. Would happily return.
