Check out Jane's on 3rd for brunch (you won't be disappointed) and it's just a short walk to the famous Naples Pier. The Naples Farmer's Market is on Saturdays, where you can find everything you're looking for! Vergina's on 5th Ave has the best Happy Hour from 3:00pm - 5:00pm daily - great location and food/drinks. A 30 minute drive to Marco Island is well worth it to have lunch or dinner at Snook Inn. It's a local waterside favorite with live entertainment most evenings and a great place to watch boats and wildlife. Snook does not take reservations - so get there early. The Island Gypsy Cafe, located on the Isle of Capri, is also a favorite but make sure to make reservations in advance - as it fills up quick.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing
Cleaning fee includes deep disinfecting of the property and making sure all linens are cleaned and ready for your visit.
Golf Membership Transfer fee is included in your rental price. This provides full use of the country club including unlimited Golf.
$2000 due upon signing lease to hold rental. This is fully refundable up to 90 days before the start of the lease at which time the remainder of the lease payment is due.

Great location, pristine executive golf course, 6 pools to choose from and beaches close by. We could not have asked for more. Our first time renting and we were blown away. Lauren & Rob (the owners) made our stay a vacation to remember. The condo had everything we needed and more. If you are a golfer and even if not this is the place to be. Close to great restaurants , Blueberry's and The Golden Leaf to mention 2, shopping, 5th avenue and a variety of beaches. The Farmers Market, on Saturday mornings located on 3rd street south is a must. High Point has so much to offer. The people we met here were very friendly and helpful. Golf Club & Gym less the 2 minute walk from our condo.We hope to return in 2025.Thanks again to Lauren & Rob.

My family and I had a great time visiting Rob’s condo in Naples.Close to everything and with the pool and golf onsite, it made it so much easier with the kids.Our hosts were so gracious, and helped us with a few different things, it was lovely to have them.When heading back to Naples, I will definitely be staying there again.

The location at High point is great as you are ten minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown Naples. The entertainment and restaurants are the best if you like dining and good music. Rob snd Lauren our hosts were very accommodating and answered all questions . Thanks Rob and Lauren for being attentive and great landlords

Had a great time at 5 High Point Circle! Condo was clean, updated and had ample sunlight as it was a corner unit. Neighbors were very friendly and enjoyed getting to know them at the lovely pool conveniently located right next to the building. Beautifully maintained Par 3 golf course.

Very clean beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo with pool and 9 hole golf course on premises. The location is perfect close to 5th Avenue, restaurants and many beaches. Rob and Lauren have gone out of their way to make our vacation perfect. We will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our first visit to Naples and were pleasantly surprised by High Point Country Club. This is a very active community with a full calendar schedule. The location is centrally located for most types of shopping, Vanderbilt Beach, a movie theater, walking and biking.

Rob and Lauren Sayre, the most recent owners of #201, our home away from home, have been extraordinarily accommodating to our needs. We have been renting this unit for about six years (they are the third owner during that period). The unit has been comfortably renovated and perfect for the two of us. Extra bedroom with adjoining bath makes it useful when we have company.We enjoyed meeting the Sayre’s and look forward to seeing them again when we rent in the fall of 2023. If you are considering renting in Naples, Highpoint is a friendly neighborhood, and the Sayre’s are attentive owners.
