Minimum Rental: 28 Days "The Palms #309" is an exceptional condo with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo is in one of the most popular condo complexes in Islamorada - The Palms of Islamorada. Comfortably furnished and ready for your arrival this unit offers an updated kitchen with Corian counters, updated cabinetry and a little breakfast nook. All kitchen appliances are newer and the kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and flatware. The two bathrooms have been updated - one features a tub and shower combination and the other a walk-in shower. The master suite has small office area with a desk, monitor and keyboard. Bring your computer there's even a printer. There is a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a dressing area. The guest bedroom offers twin beds.
Out on the balcony you will enjoy the gorgeous sunrises, afternoon shade and expansive views of the ocean. The Palms offers a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and small exercise rooms for her and a separate one for him. Both feature showers and a sauna. Along the seawall there is a large Tiki for gathering with friends and neighbors and smaller individually sized tiki umbrellas for shade for when you've had enough sun. There are steps into the ocean for anyone wishing to take a dip in the ocean and there's a small boat ramp and rack storage area if you wish to bring a kayak.

Rate Details: Rent is $2,575 to $4,000/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Refundable Security Deposit::$500 with Accidental damage insurance $1000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

This was our 2nd year of renting unit #309 at The Palms in Islamorada. The unit was immaculate and well stocked to make our month-long stay relaxing and enjoyable! The Palms complex is beautiful with all the amenities we needed. We rented through Keys Holiday Rentals, and their service was top-notch! There was a severe tropical storm (and hurricane warning) while we stayed, and the staff at Keys Holiday Rentals kept us in the loop with pertinent information and guidance on precautions, etc. I highly recommend Keys Holiday Rentals and we will most likely be returning next year!
We spent the month of October at The Palms in Islamorada. The complex is lovely and very well maintained, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous every day! Booking the condo through Keys Holiday Rentals was seamless and the check-in was very efficient and included a tour of all of the common areas of the property and the unit. I highly recommend booking a monthly rental at The Palms through Keys Holiday Rentals!
